Second store today that is closed when it should be open. I have officially decided to cancel my membership and stop buying GNC products. What a waste of time and effort. I will be going to a different company.

Angela is an absolute gem!I ordered the wrong protein powder and the customer service phone number was absolutely no help. I went into the store and Angela did everything she could to try and help me. She was so patient and kind and the best customer service I've had in a really long time.No more ordering online for me!

The sales person wasn't familiar with common herbs. I asked for Echinacea. She asked is that spelled with an A or an E. Bet I won't be asking for any recommendations. Research what you need before you go.

They are NEVER open at 9am as advertised. It says 9am on Google and 9am on their storefront. Don't waste your time being there when they're supposed to open. My guess is somewhere between 945 and 10a is when they finally get to opening the store.
