Went on a Saturday during business hours, all the lights are off and doors are locked. There was no sign saying when an employee would be back. Very frustrating

This GNC sucks. Nobody is in the store. It's 1 pm on a Tuesday. The sign says they'll be back at 12:30.

Thanks for replying back. I think it would be best if I call ahead of time to see if the store is opened. I changed my review to 5 stars because the staff is nice and I like the products that are sold there. I will keep going back as I cannot rely on other stores that have top quality supplements. That incident of the store being closed during noon time was like a few years back. But I hope the problem has been addressed. Thanks.

I think this place is permanently closed they just forgot to put on Google maps. This place is almost never opened during business hours. And the fact that they don't reply to all of these negative reviews tells you everything you need to know.

I won't be returning... I keep coming during open hours to find the place closed, or on break for the next hour. Completely unreliable... I will not be visiting this GNC again.

Literally the worst. Just a heads up. Whatever time it says this store opens... just wait an hour or so... This is normal even for the other stores to hear about.. They have one near 27th Ave that opens on time.

This place is awful.
I've come to the store now during business hours twice Lights are off places closed and locked , I arrived was 1020 The girl who was opening the place told me I couldn't use cash because she hadn't gone to the bank And the lights were all off and I had to wait for her. Unlock the door twenty minutes after it was open

This is my local GNC, and the last 5 times I've visited to pick up protein powder, the door has been locked with nobody inside during clearly marked business hours. FIVE visits in a row at random times. Either close the location or hire better, and please stop wasting customers' time. Unbelievable unprofessionalism.

Staff is very friendly and helpful…when they’re actually there. This location is constantly closed during “open” hours. They leave a sign when they MIGHT be back. Will take my business elsewhere from now on
