I had to adjust an address and it was fixed without any issues. When dealing with logistics companies, I always like to send them an email with all applicable information and cc the sender, as well. That worked really well in this circumstance!

As others have stated terrible company. Package has been idle for days and when I contact the warehouse they could not tell me where my package is. They had told me they would put in a Status Request to the driver and in doing so my package was updated to REFUSED - RTS so I contacted them again and was informed that it was a mistake and they would correct it.Then they told me it didn't make it on the truck and is still at the warehouse (3 days later after arriving to the warehouse). I asked if I could come pick it up and they told me NO they don't do pickups... I went to the warehouse anyways because that's just insane. I arrived and asked about my package and they said it was not there and they needed to contact the driver. They never did get ahold of him so I asked when is he done with his route and when do they close. Showed up just before closing and they said the driver still hadn't come back and to follow up in the morning. I did, apparently they are still waiting on a response from the driver... Either the guy is robot and just non stop going or this is just incredibly shady service. That or he took off to Mexico. They refuse to give me any kind of time frame and just give me the canned response "We will contact you when we have more information."

This company is complete Trash ! I wish giving 0 stars was an option. for starters, every 'associate' we spoke to was disrespectful and rude. These people most definitely steal packages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: A logistics/delivery company who can’t find legitimate addresses and won’t deliver despite being given detailed directions.My shipment was supposed to be delivered on 7/20/21 and they updated the tracking that it was the wrong address. I verified it was the correct address, but assumed their route navigation software was outdated as my neighborhood is all new construction. As such I called and gave directions along with telling them my address was on google maps. They even asked for my contact number in case the driver needed to call me. Low and behold they NEVER delivered it, NEVER contacted me again and sent my shipment back to sender.

Without a doubt the WORST logistics company on the planet. I’m dumbfounded these people aren’t out of business. They received my overnight package on Tuesday and aren’t even going to try and deliver it until the following Monday. It’s also a refrigerated package so it was completely ruined already.On the bright side the shipper is furious with them so that cost them the account. Now more companies just need to follow suit.

This is my first time shipping with this company. I had the great pleasure of working with Michael Buckner of the Everett, WA route. He was incredibly friendly, customer service oriented and efficient. So glad he delivers our route. I look forward to working with him again in the future. Thanks Michael. I appreciate you.

Worst company BY FAR! Same state delivery and can't even get it there in one day! Calls take 15 minutes for anyone to answer and then they are RUDE! Might be stuck in traffic...for 10 hours? Awful....never again!

Worst shipping company by far. Unreliable, no sense at all of shipping logistics, often missed packages. Customer service never solves a thing.. Nothing overnight about it. Stay away from this company

I will admit I was incredibly worried that my shipment would arrive late (or not at all) given the terrible reviews I read on GSO, but my shipment arrived on time and the courier was friendly and professional! I was also able to reach a customer service representative to provide my gate code without any issues.

Laughable. I appreciate what they are trying to do but you might as well call up a random person 1000 miles away, ask them to deliver your package and see who shows up first.

Package was not signed for or delivered. Spoke with the lovely gals at the phone number provided online. Manager stated a signature was "manually entered by warehouse". Found this to be very odd and asked if it is standard operating procedure for warehouse personnel to manually input false data. She stated no. I asked for the SOP a driver must follow when delivering a signature required package. Information was not provided by the manager. Stated I would like to file a CAPA to prevent this event from occurring in the near future. Manager stated it is to late to investigate the event further as it has been 16 days since "delivery". I asked if this was a personal truth or is there a written policy stating it is to late to investigate after said amount of days. Manager did not have a response indicating this was a personal truth. This shows lack of interest to help. VERDICT: GSO, which is a General Logistics Systems company, has a Very Poor quality management system (QMS). GSO will lose your package and not address the problem in a professional manner to prevent future occurrences. Clearly this has been a trend for some time now shown in the form of 1 Star reviews on Google. For those that have received packages in a timely manner and have awarded 5 Stars - may the force be with you. Hope this helps anyone who is looking to ship a package in the near future. Do not use this company for any shipping needs. Shipped several cases of wine from California. Was supposed to arrive in 36 hours, but showed up 5 days later. Who knows where the wine was stored all those days. Kept getting the run-around when I would call for the status of the shipment. Finally arrived at 5:00 PM in a non refrigerated truck. They a supposed to be experts in wine shipping. I would not trust them with anything. Wish I could give them a 0 rating.
