Ordered a outdoor shed a long time ago and its wonderful. I am moving and needed to take it apart. I lost the original instructions. Contacted them and they sent me the instructions right away. Great company with great customer service.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. Product came damaged. I asked for a return. They refused and just wanted to replace the damaged piece. I said I prefer a refund. They offered me a partial refund of $30. I paid $266.40! To ship it back to them ot would have been $200 and zero refund. This company is a joke.

Overall great experience with the company. I ordered the lat pulldown machine. Everything was packaged well and it was easy to assembly. The machine has been great to use to add for my work outs. I'm looking forward to getting stronger using this machine.
