You have an employee (large loud man) at 91st ave and Northern screaming very loudly at a customer. He is yelling at him because he thinks he’s a thief which he may be but customers are leaving the store and I’m thinking he should be calling the police not causing a huge scene and scaring your customers away. Maybe some training is needed on the proper way to handle theft. This is how we end up with shootings or stabbings in the valley. This is the type of situation that turns into violence. I sure hope that didn’t happen after we left cause there were children In the store. Please coach your associate, someone’s life isn’t worth whatever this boy may have been trying to steal.

Oct 19th to Oct 30 - 2024 - till 10 pm - the fabulous Goodwill store on 35th Ave & W Peoria Ave are not open till 10 pm may WE the neighborhoods in this area have this store opened till 10 pm ? People have filled out applications for various Goodwills for years never contacted or hired ? Please Hire people that can pass a drug test & not a thief no PEDOS would be great. Goodwill throughout Az is almost gone even parts Colorado n other States this is devasting . Thankyou for the people who have done a great vantastic job .

I use to go to anthem az gw almost everyday.So I've got a cdla 40 yr and ran on board computor.Alot diff from today's!Usually a customer shares their 20% coupon.Last time I had about 50$ purchase the folks in line didn't help me.Even though prices in gw have nerely doubled,I still went untill today.The cashier gives me the 20%,but not now,I'm done.Savers is a out 25 mi away,but has half price mondays,you dont need a coupon.So adios goodwill

They need people who know how to price things. I have found things from the dollar store that are priced $349 a lot of the stuff you can buy brand new for a dollar or two more. Don't they ever wonder why their shelves are piled since so high? You can hardly even see anything without everything falling out

MY REVIEW:
I had the profound pleasure of speaking with the very thoughtful, patient and exuberant Tiffany! I was assisting a family member with her assistance, and she was absolutely remarkable! As of late I have had many great experiences but this by far exceeds them all!
Thus I find myself remarking about how hospitable, gracious, knowledgeable, charismatic, personable, empathetic, engaged, super-sweet, personable, and transcended, hence surpassed the "beyond the call of duty hallmark" which is a rarity and particularly in customer service!
The entire time we spoke I was made to feel that she truly cared and she took the extra step making sure everything, I mean everything was taken care of in this cohesive endeavor! She never made me feel hurried nor rushed through the conversation.
She without question is a paragon of virtue that exudes confidence, as aforesaid knowledge, professionalism and a smile that radiated through the phone that was reassuring and such a blessing!
In fact Goodwill is blessed to have her grace their company with her enthralling personality, and she is definitely in the right place to help those in need, experiencing hard times, disenfranchised, downtrodden, or just looking for a helping hand contingent upon of course what the need is.
Please Goodwill recognize, and reward this stellar employee with a position that is befitting for an exceptional skill set as everyone should be able to experience her customer service extraordinaire! In fact it should be emulated company wide as not only did she set the metaphorical gold standard, she Goodwill surpassed it!

I find it disgusting that you get donated items and price gouge! I found a chair that was weather worn and no price. You're manager cones back with a $200 price sticker! What!!!! Shame in you!

I’m not sure who this gentleman is or what his role is within your corporation, but to hear the way he talked of other employees within your company was downright unprofessional and simply appalling, especially in such a public setting for all those around to hear. I am at a loss for words as to the things this gentleman was saying, especially when stating his coworkers can, “eat a ****ing d***.” I understand there are always going to be disagreements and people who do not get along within the work environment, but shame on him for vocalizing them in such a public setting for all of us to hear.

Can all of your stores stop over purging all the tags that that go on sale for the week? I understand the reason it's done but OVER purging the tags before the sale week. Y'all a greedy company. I have such a hard time finding anything that is on sale. Also, your employees don't give donors any tax credit or a discount for donations anymore. I donated clean baby items twice in different locations, and was told they don't have any flyer to hand out to donors but honestly the employee has such an attitude for even asking a question. I won't donate anymore but I'll go some where else while nothing changes with goodwill. And stop rounding off my total.
