I’m not sure who this gentleman is or what his role is within your corporation, but to hear the way he talked of other employees within your company was downright unprofessional and simply appalling, especially in such a public setting for all those around to hear. I am at a loss for words as to the things this gentleman was saying, especially when stating his coworkers can, “eat a ****ing d***.” I understand there are always going to be disagreements and people who do not get along within the work environment, but shame on him for vocalizing them in such a public setting for all of us to hear.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:EMPLOYEE: TIFFANYMY REVIEW:I had the profound pleasure of speaking with the very thoughtful, patient and exuberant Tiffany! I was assisting a family member with her assistance, and she was absolutely remarkable! As of late I have had many great experiences but this by far exceeds them all! Thus I find myself remarking about how hospitable, gracious, knowledgeable, charismatic, personable, empathetic, engaged, super-sweet, personable, and transcended, hence surpassed the "beyond the call of duty hallmark" which is a rarity and particularly in customer service! The entire time we spoke I was made to feel that she truly cared and she took the extra step making sure everything, I mean everything was taken care of in this cohesive endeavor! She never made me feel hurried nor rushed through the conversation. She without question is a paragon of virtue that exudes confidence, as aforesaid knowledge, professionalism and a smile that radiated through the phone that was reassuring and such a blessing! In fact Goodwill is blessed to have her grace their company with her enthralling personality, and she is definitely in the right place to help those in need, experiencing hard times, disenfranchised, downtrodden, or just looking for a helping hand contingent upon of course what the need is.Please Goodwill recognize, and reward this stellar employee with a position that is befitting for an exceptional skill set as everyone should be able to experience her customer service extraordinaire! In fact it should be emulated company wide as not only did she set the metaphorical gold standard, she Goodwill surpassed it!

Can all of your stores stop over purging all the tags that that go on sale for the week? I understand the reason it's done but OVER purging the tags before the sale week. Y'all a greedy company. I have such a hard time finding anything that is on sale. Also, your employees don't give donors any tax credit or a discount for donations anymore. I donated clean baby items twice in different locations, and was told they don't have any flyer to hand out to donors but honestly the employee has such an attitude for even asking a question. I won't donate anymore but I'll go some where else while nothing changes with goodwill. And stop rounding off my total.

You guys get yourself stuff donated. So your price should shouldn't be as much as Walmart or Ross. And you guys don't have no deals for regular people. Only for the military, and you guys do not help the homeless or anybody

Their prices used to be good but now they are overcharging. They are asking $2.29-$3.29 for LPs aka records that I'd usually find in the $0.50 or $1 sections at record stores. They are usually really scratched and a good portion of the time the record in the jacket isn't the record the jacket is for so spending more than $1 just doesn't seem worth it As someone who understands good businesses practices atleast a little bit, unless you lower your prices you will start to lose customers and money because there are better thrift stores that are alot better priced. In fact it almost feels like illegal price gouging in my opinion. Stealing from hard working people just to make a quick buck. How despicable and diplorable. I think the BBB would have something to say about your price gouging for sure if they found out about it.

If i could give zero stars, I would. I worked for the Goodwill on Warner & McQueen in Mesa AZ for 5 days back in October. My background check was completed on October 22, 2022. I started working 2 days after. I quit because initially I told the hiring manager I have a disabled child who has cerebral palsy and needs physical therapy. I explained that he has an upcoming appointment on a Tuesday. I reminded the store manager that I had an upcoming appointment for my grandson, and I needed Tuesday off. The manager told me "oh go tell so n so." I searched for the supervisor she was referring to and couldn't find him (unknown if it was his day off). I called her on Tuesday morning and told her that I wouldn't be in because my grandson had an appointment with his neurologist. She had the audacity to ask me very rudely if anyone knew about this. I reminded her, well yes I told you when I got hired and 2 days prior." I told her I couldn't find the supervisor she told me to speak with. Her response was well I guess (very rude)." During the days that I worked, she told me she would clock me in. Apparently, she never did, and now Goodwill doesn't want nor acknowledge that I worked for their company for 5 days. I want my money they owe me. Shame on the hiring manager for not fulfilling her duties and clocking in her newly hired employee.

It was my understanding that Goodwill receives donated goods aka free and sells them at low prices to support lower income communities. This has not been my experience at all. There is clothing and accessories marked at $25 and higher. This is outrageous. Obviously, whoever is responsible for pricing is looking up these items value online and pricing them accordingly. This is discriminatory, greedy and wrong. This is GOODWILL. In my humble opinion, nothing in these stores should be priced higher than $15 especially clothing and accessories. In these times when people are struggling, a store aptly named "Goodwill" should never be taking advantage of their communities for profit. I will be spreading the word about your stores predatory practices. Shame ! Boooo! #boycottgoodwill

I'm not impressed in the slightest with how Cory handled my situation when he called me back on Monday 12-19-22. I'd had a bad experience in a store in northern Arizona and this had been explained to Tiffany at their customer support on Wednesday 12-14-22.The store in question had handled this situation so badly that I actually walked out of the store with the purchases that I was going to get, left on the counter. If I was a Goodwill representative calling back and having heard this story I would have offered some type of compensation as a gift card. Every company is different but I was pretty disgusted by the way Cory handled this.

Pricing at most Goodwill are a joke. Another example...$19.99 Christmas item $17.49 at Goodwill...it didn't light up!! It won't let me post a picture but I have it.
