Goodwill Clearance Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending poverty through the power of work. It serves central and northern Arizona, including Yuma, by providing job seekers and Veterans with tools to feel confident, purposeful, and successful. The store operates as a donation center and thrift store, relying on community donations and purchases to offer free career services and support local families. The facility offers a wide selection of clothes, shoes, and other items, with frequent updates as bins are switched out daily. Customers appreciate the variety and the opportunity to find name-brand clothing, some still with tags on. The store's environment can be lively and busy, with shoppers often grabbing items from bins quickly, which sometimes results in a chaotic scene. Despite this, many find the experience enjoyable and worth returning to. There have been some issues with signage and organization. Customers suggest clearer signs at drop-off points and entrance areas to make shopping and donating easier. It is also recommended to improve the process for first-time visitors by providing better information outside the store, such as instructions on how to start shopping. The check-in process, involving registering between 7 and 7:30 am and waiting until the store opens at 8 am, is generally straightforward and well-managed, especially with helpful staff members like Jennifer and Joy, who assist customers inside and outside the store. While some customers have noted concerns about unruly behavior inside, they also acknowledge improvements in the overall shopping experience. Staff efforts to enforce rules and improve organization continue to enhance the store’s reputation as a community resource. Overall, Goodwill Clearance Center is seen as a lively, community-focused thrift store that provides valuable services and finds for its visitors.
Fairly comfortable in clothing area but too hot in the back merchandise/ electronics room in the summer unbearable. Staff should watch patrons more closely as a lot of them are very rude and pushy.

Interesting experience.. super crowded but fun to go through bins
No one posted the schedule on Google but they have specific shopping and rotation periods where they take out new bins or clothes. Hope that helps anyone!
