I went with a friend for the first time on a rainy Sunday morning. The information on the website is a little bit confusing and we were bid intimidated but we found the process to be pretty simple you register and you go to the location between seven and 730. They get the last four digits of your phone number and check you off on the list and you are free to go until 8 o’clock when it opens. At Ace, they take the numbers and call them out at random. Because I have an unusual number with all the last digits, the same, I was the second one to be called. Once they call your number you go in but you can’t touch anything until they tell you. We were fortunate to meet with the employee that was running the show. Her name is Jennifer and she was polite, friendly, helpful, and any other good adjectives you want to put on there. She walked us through the process and was inside the building when we were doing our shopping. Another wonderful jewel was person named Joy. She was there to help people inside. The scene inside is as a troop of baboons had taken over a warehouse people grab stuff in the bins and throw it on the floor while they’re searching for things on the bottom. I don’t know what they’re searching for, but they go from bin to bin , looking for the elusive pot of gold or whatever. We found pretty good things, especially name brand clothing that still had tags on it. I will go again because it was a fun experience. Thanks to Jennifer and Joy.

Today my Cashier was Patty, she was a absolutely wonderful employee at Goodwill Clearance Center. She was fair as she priced my items and she was very professional and cordial. Thank you Goodwill for hiring such a wonderful and conscientious worker, because this place is really stressful if you don't know how things operate. Although it's so busy and people are hustling and bustling digging through the various bins it's pretty fun. However, Patty made my final purchase very wonderful and comfortable as I checked out. I gave you guys five stars simply because you hire good employees.Thank You Goodwill.Sincerely Cecilia, Satisfied Consumer ?

Didn't let my kid inside because she was under 13 years old. Stupid shit ever. Employee said "You guys can take turns on watching her outside." Horrible and stupid to be honest.

The workers are really nice :) but the resellers can be a bit annoying and rude. Bring a pair of gloves

This store is utter chaos and it starts from the top. Kevin the manager is aloof, passive and shows no leadership. People are injured on a regular basis at this store and nothing is done for both the employees and customers safety. Corporate needs to step in and open their eyes to what's happening in this store. There's absolutely no consistency in rules and follow through with those rules. Something needs to change before someone gets seriously injured.

I found my first ever 3DS XL, and they confiscated it at the register to sell online. You can’t purchase consoles or anything with a hard drive (despite them dumping piles of old computers in the bins). New stuff every two hours, which is a brutal wait. Clothing is the main draw of this outlet.

Greatly improved since I quit going there a year ago. I swore I'd never go back but after calling a couple weeks ago and being assured the process had changed I gave it another shot. It is so much better now. Remodeled clean bathrooms. Brighter and cleaner shopping. Very little down time. You can shop till you drop. Pack a lunch and lots of water. I find it hot in there. Now to get them to switch to all blue rolling bins like many other cities have done. The deep crates are very difficult to shop out of. They gotta go! I went 3 times in the last 2 weeks and those crates kill my back!! Getting binitis! I do 80 miles round trip. I'd LOVE to see a location in the east valley!! I love the bins.

Pack a lunch and keep your hands off any cart that has items in it. It's a definite no no. It's a blast to go here, but put your gloves on, watch out for broken glass, and rip into a huge bin filled with treasures and great finds. It's like being at a huge multi family yard sale. All under one roof. Make sure you Google register at Goodwill for entry beforehand. Rotation is no fun. They make everyone stand in a small space and wait for a half hour while they clear out the old and set up the new bins, freshly filled. I wasn't kidding about the lunch thing. This is when everyone has their lunch. There is a bathroom, and they sell candy, chips, and pop. I can never figure out the lines, but they will definitely teach you. There are some serious shoppers here, and they don't mess around with rookies. I would not bring a purse in this place. If you must, pack it in a fanny pack. Be patient, smile, follow directions, and have fun. They will weigh your entire cart to establish your bill, and its super cheap. A full basket of misc items cost me a whopping $19.26. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. ❤️

I love this place, you get great amounts of clothes for very cheap. everyone mostly shops for themselves other than other resellers, put everyone is kept to themselves and not hectic, you do have to register but you can do that on the website. it’s $1.79 per pound for clothes and $0.89 per pound for glassware and stuff. as a reseller myself, i love this place and def recommend.
