I went in to buy some shorts. I don't know my size and they don't have changing rooms so I got 3 different sizes. I told the lady at the cashier that I would be returning 2 of them because they don't have a changing room and I don't know my size. She said I had 7 days to return them. I paid for the shorts and asked how they do the refund. They said they don't do refunds and that I was going to get store credit. I told her if I knew that I never would have purchased them. She did not seem to care. I was polite. I left the shorts in the store and told her I'm leaving them here and that I would reverse the charges on my card. I will never return to Goodwill again.

Workers are very helpful and polite. M0st prices are reasonable and no problem with returns.
I have shopped in several Goodwills and some things are over priced in all of them.

Great prices on clothing & kitchen items (linens, cookware, dishes & glassware) at this location…I find that every Goodwill is different in terms of pricing for different categories. I’m building a bit of a collection of fun, colorful & mid-century modern glasses, to match an old record holder I painted & will be using in the “entertainment lounge” (just a corner of the living space!). Over half of them are from this Goodwill, & they were no more than $4 each (some, on half price days, were 75 cents!). Now to just get those pesky price tags off!

The CSM closing tonight is unprofessional. It shows how much she hates her job. Did my return and I left not gonna spend money at this location. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth definitely will not be shopping here again. 👎

This Goodwill used to be great. Good prices, fairly organized (as far as Goodwills go). I have a Savers much closer but I will drive to this Goodwill because they were always way cheaper and less annoying. However, I went today and it's completely changed. The prices have gone up to Savers prices, they charge for plastic bags now, and won't let you take the carts out. I won't be returning. I'll just go to Savers by my house. It's very disappointing 😞 you get the stuff you sell FOR FREE! Stop trying to charge me ridiculous prices on crap you're making 100% profit off of 😒

Lots of ever changing item at all the Goodwill stores. Worth a stop. Also has an easy to get to drop off location.

Annoyed. Went in today for the student discount. Showed the cashier my ID and he said it’s perfect. Paid but the cashier never applied the discount. Instead of fixing the mistake he just gave me a lesser value coupon to use next time.

I love most goodwill always a bargain to be found like any thrift store lines can get long not always the case just saying it happens this store is always well organized I never have no issues restrooms are accessible I hate ones with locks this store always has me coming back for more!

I visited your store this morning and found the door open, so I began browsing. After a few minutes, an employee informed me the store was not open yet. While I understand the importance of store policies, it would have been helpful if there was a sign indicating the store was closed or if I was informed upon entering. This would prevent confusion for customers in the future.
