I was able to order something which they estimated to be here a day later than when I got it so I was happy and relieved to find out that it came in early

The fact that they responded to my review says a lot, so I am changing the rating from a 3 star to a 4 star. (I want some of the boots!)
i stopped into Grainger today and thought it looked nice. The one problem they have though?everything is over priced- and I mean everything. Nice store, ok customer service (i walked around for 1/2 hour before a salesperson asked if I needed help) Other than the great selection of steel toed shoes and boots I probably won t be returning- the Prices are just way way TOO high. Harbor Freight Ace and HD have much lower prices.

Great service!! The lady in the front was so nice and very helpful was out of there in less than 5 minutes with the piece I need it.

Always, Always, have a plan "B" when you have a time sensitive project & you have to get a product from Grainger.....about oh I don't know 96% of the time I can get a product on time from Grainger....

I Went to pick up a Condecer fan motor that I ordered through on the phone and Ryan at the 51st Ave location help me out alot. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all the ins and outs of how the motor works, how to wire it up. Very thankful for Ryan's help and advice. Very good dude!

Stood at the counter for maybe 8-9 minutes waiting line started as I'm waiting a Hispanic gentleman behind me starts talking to a employee walking up to help us they both start speaking Spanish and the employee starts helping the guy behind me. Normally I really wouldn't care it's just really annoying when I've been standing there waiting longer than the person who was behind me... I come here because I have to get things that my work orders really put a bad taste in my mouth because of what just happened.

Horrible customer service. We are a nationwide company account and order online with no issues but in store no one can ring you up. Need to have self checkout or something
