The store is huge and has a very, very large selection of wigs, kits, bundles, accessories, hair products, and clothing, with a full inventory. It has everything you can possibly need, catering to everyone with a huge amount of choices. The mission is to bring beauty, empowerment, and inclusion to all people and communities. The customer service is amazing, with plenty of customer service support. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, sweet, and helpful, making customers feel welcome. Prices are very reasonable. While one reviewer noted that despite the vast selection, they did not find the specific item needed, visitors generally leave feeling satisfied and never disappointed. It is a hands-on experience where everyone is encouraged to try something on.

Nice clean store. The young lady that helped us was knowledgeable about the hair products that were looking for. She was professional and personable. We would definitely return.

The customer service was amazing! I’m not from this area and familiar with hair brands, the lady who assisted me was knowledgeable and patient with me as I couldn’t make up my mind. Don’t know her name but she had faux locs with color. The prices were very reasonable and had a huge selection of hair products and clothing.
