Uma did such an amazing job on my hair! I asked for face framing layers on my long hair and a trim in the back and she did a perfect job. Most people have messed this haircut up for me time and time again but she really delivered. I highly recommend her And I will be back.

Today I went to get a haircut, and a female staff member did it for me. She did a great job with the cut, but she was so forceful almost like she kept pressing my head for the whole time. It felt like she was pushing my head too hard, as if she was putting her anger into the job. And when she finished, my hair was still wet she not even clean the hair around my neck or my face at all !

I needed a Great Clips location in the 85048-zip code. Fortunately, I found Jennifer L., at the 1334 E. Chandler Blvd. (Suite 6) location. She is a great stylist and makes sure her customers are satisfied with her work. In addition to that she is a sweet, down to earth, woman, who truly cares about people. I have been going there for years, because of the quality of her cuts! This is an edit, to this post, because Jenn L. has moved to 4729 E Ray Road store. It is worth the drive over to receive a great haircut. In my opinion, this 1334 location has gone downhill since her departure.

Will never return. The barber Uma ruined my hair. I gave specific instructions and showed pics and she cut it way too short. Won't ever return and wouldn't recommend going. This has happened multiple times and the barbers just cut it to the length they think looks good

Went in for a cut and had the best experience with the manager Joseph. He was so vibrant and engaging. I got to enjoy a perfect haircut AND wonderful company. Only getting my cuts here from now on!

I’ve been coming to this Great Clips for about two years now, getting my hair cut every 2 to 3 weeks. Overall, my experience has been good. Occasionally, there’s been a small mistake, but they’ve always fixed it without issue.
However, my last visit was a disaster. A new stylist shaved off parts of my hair that I’ve been growing out for months, leaving noticeable chunks missing. Another employee had to step in to try and correct it. When I calmly mentioned that I wasn’t satisfied and pointed out the missing sections of hair on the floor, the person assisting her became defensive and snapped at me. She told me it wasn’t a big deal and that it would grow back, as if that made everything fine.
This was the last straw. I’ve always been a loyal customer, tipping 20-25% every visit and communicating well with the staff. Yet, instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a solution, they treated me like I was the problem for even bringing it up. The woman who snapped at me has known me for two years, but rather than addressing my concern, she walked off, visibly upset.
I won’t be returning to this location—or any Great Clips—for future haircuts. I’ll take my business elsewhere where my concerns are respected.

When I walked in I felt very welcomed by the workers! I was nervous about cutting my hair because it had been about a year since I did a big chop. Jennifer was my stylist and she is the MASTER! If there was something I wanted to change or make shorter she was more than happy to fix it! She was so sweet and very professional! I have definitely found my stylist! Thanks Jennifer for doing my hair! I absolutely love it!

I have been going to Great Clips for almost 25 years I was lucky enough to find Jennifer L. She's the best of the best, I'm always happy with the haircuts she does, I changed to different hair styles every once in a while and she always does a perfect cut.
