Jennifer did a Fantastic Job washing, cutting and blow drying my hair. I haven't had it cut for several year so, I was a little nervous. She immediately put me at ease and gave me a style that's easy to care for and works well with my fine hair. I used the Great Clips app to check in and that made it super simple. The price was easy on my wallet too! I'll definitely be back! ❤️

I’ve seen Jennifer for many years. She is wonderful. She does exactly what you ask her to do. She is also great at cutting men’s hair. I highly recommend her. She’s at Ray & 48th.

I appreciate you company's caring to give me a good haircut. When I got home I noticed that she made a mistake cutting my hair unevenly in the back, leaving a bare spot. Mistakes happen I suppose. I'm not happy with this haircut, unfortunately.
Additional, I made an online appointment that did not go very well. The system told me when to arrive at the salon to check in. I did that just as instructed. The system sends me a reminder that I did not check in, but, I did check in. Then, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my haircut. You online system needs to be corrected. Granted, I asked to for a certain stylist cut my hair, however, while I was sitting there and waiting, she called on another customer who came in after I had already checked in. This is not a very effective system. I would be happy to provide additional information if you choose to make the required improvements. I just would like to help.

I went in for a fix on a bad cut that I had received about 1-1/2 wks ago from a different salon. Stephan listened to me & did a fantastic blend/trim on my hair. It was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was very nice & friendly. Definitely going back to him in 4 wks.
Stylist: Stephan did a wonderful job blending & trimming my hair.

On previous appointments I've asked to have my eye.brows and mustache trimmed, and not an issue. Today was different, asked the young lady if she could do the same. She said she could trim my eyebrows at no charge, but it would be an additional $8. to trim my mustache! I said NO. I am a senior and get a reduced rate on my haircut, but an additional $8.00 puts the price up to $24.00! I can get a haircut at a barbershop, with a mustache trim for less than $24.00.
Next time I'm in I will ask before getting in the chair if the mustache trim is an an additional $8.00, and if so I'm going elsewhere.

Today was probably one of my worst hair cut experiences ever! Such a shame I’ll be walking around with a botched hair cut. So many regrets getting a hair cut at this hair salon.

Really good hairdressers. I have not been in a while, so there is a new crew since 2 years ago on my last visit. For my visit, what I saw and heard before my turn in the chair was that every hairdresser was tidy and thorough about their individual stations. And their customer service was very welcoming and thoughtful to every client. I'll be back for my shampoo and trim, that is for sure.

Checked in online. Got the text at 2:25 that my appointment was in 15 minutes. Arrived at 2:37 and lady greeted me by saying that I was just about to get bumped. Nobody else was waiting in line and other stylists was ready as I arrived. Just seemed like unnecessary and didn’t feel welcoming.
