Checked in on the app, walked in and was taken to a chair right away. Katrina knew exactly how I wanted it cut based on my past visits. She was very personable and professional. My cut was perfect, just the way I wanted it. Thanks!

I have been to Great Clips all over the country, but Alycia here at the Ahwatukee location has by far been the best stylist I have ever had. Unrivaled haircut, not just for the price!

I went in for a haircut several months back. My hair was cut by Yolanda. She told me she had come from a place in Scottsdale that charged $120 a cut. She cut it & told me if there was a problem to come back. It looked choppy & wouldn't lay well so I did go back. Instead of just fixing the choppiness she gave me a whole different hairstyle which did turn out ok.
So I went back the next time & was going have her do my hair & she said she would not cut my hair bc she couldn't please me. So I had another stylist cut my hair. Yolanda told this stylist, in front of a client, I won't cut her hair & good luck with me (as if I was a difficult or demanding client).
Anyway I went back recently. When I walked in Yolanda looked at me & immediately said, I won't do her to another stylist. Of course, this was right in front of a another client again. She could have said hello or welcome to Great Clips or something more positive but she chose rudeness once again. I guess her ego took a hit. That doesn't mean I have to be treated like a second rate customer!
I would like to say that that day Cecelia gave me an excellent haircut! I will be going back to her. She was also very kind & professional. 5 Stars to her!!!?

Long haired man here. Went into get my baby hairs trimmed. Asked specifically to keep my hair, just trim it. Don't give me an undercut. Guy shaved me bald everywhere but the long hair. Also slipped with his clippers and took off a lot of my long hair. I could have done a better job myself and I cant even see the back of my head.
