Didn't know walk-ins were NOT welcomed...took my kids for haircuts and was asked if we checked in online?..... I replied with no I didnt know we had to and then the woman proceeded to tell me the wait time was an hour! I feel like somewhere on the website this kind of stuff should be mentioned because as a parent when I just last minute decide haircut and look up some place near me THAT INFO would of been a great help! 🤷♀️

I've been coming here for over half a decade now since it's close to home but over the last year and a half or so getting my hair cut here feels a lot like playing Russian roulette. I've had stylists completely rush through my cuts in 5 minutes and do a shabby job like I'm an afterthought, or pretty much utterly disregard what I asked for and give me something completely different, sometimes both. It's gotten to the point where I'm just not gonna be coming here anymore. There's a few good stylists though so if you wanna feed your gambling addiction while getting your haircut, this is the place to be.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Great Clips location due to the conduct of one of the stylists. My teenage son went in for a straightforward haircut, but unfortunately, the stylist did not listen to his request and gave him a haircut that was significantly shorter than what he asked for the complete opposite of what he wanted.
There was a clear lack of communication and care throughout the appointment. When it became evident that my son was uncomfortable and unhappy with the direction the haircut was going, the stylist made no effort to check in with him or acknowledge his concerns. Her demeanor was dismissive, and the interaction left my son feeling upset and embarrassed about his appearance.
The stylist in question appeared to be an older woman, possibly in her late 50s, with bleached/lightened hair and noticeable colored contact lenses, this is mentioned only to help others identify her.
That said, I am grateful that another stylist at the location stepped in and made a sincere effort to improve the situation. While there was only so much she could do at that point, she handled it with care and professionalism, doing her best to fix what she could and offering my son some comfort after a frustrating experience. Her kindness made a difference, and I truly appreciate her stepping in.
Unfortunately, due to the initial experience, we will not be returning to the original stylist. I would not recommend receiving services from her, particularly for anyone bringing in a teenager who deserves to be treated with respect and understanding. However, I do want to acknowledge the stylist who stepped up and showed compassion, her efforts did not go unnoticed. Thank you Raeana!

Gina the lady who cut my hair is so inexperienced, when I showed her what she wanted she gasped and was confused on what to do even though she’s been apparently cutting hair for 40+ years but anyway she was brushing my hair aggressively, just lazy with her job she cut my temple, completely rushed my haircut and at the end when I was getting up from the seat she didn’t move the cover correctly and all the hair fell on my pants and shirt, so don’t book with her she’s old and needs to retire already 🤷🏽♂️

So i go there all the time bc michael is good at cutting his hair but when we got there he said he's not taking requests which I thought was odd thing to say instead I asked how long to wait for him and they said idk. I think stylists should really not try to make ppl feel like they don't wanna do your hair or be too big headed cuz to me it felt like it was a discrimation. Im just saying. There was no one else sitting down waiting at the time. Are stylists now decoding who's hair theu cut? Bc they did that in the 60s w not serving certain people. Which is called discrimination. If he does that again I'm making a formal complaint.we should have the choice to wait or not but they straight said he's not taking any requests.

Walked in they kept calling people who arrived after me. Didn't even give me the courtesy of saying how long I would have to wait. After sitting for an hour I left. Customer service is very bad.

very reckless lady cutting my hair i asked for a TRIM and she practically cut off all of my hair. i am not one attached to my hair so im not angry at the haircut more so the disregard of what i had asked for vs. what was given. very reckless didn’t ask me if i liked it once or if the length was okay. left very unhappy with her service.

go Saturday I pay $20 to cut $10 tip & thought my hair was cute until I Really look at it , when I get home & one side of my hair is NOT cut the same as the other side. , Totally uneven thru out ,& I can't curl my hair with iron it's so uneven , Very Disappointed 😂 I try to call No one will answer s.
