Usually the staff is great, the asian lady needs some retraining. Last time we were there she was having a full blown argument with one of her coworkers in front of customers. This time she refused to honor a check in for a cut that would have taken 6 minutes. We've been coming here for years safe to say we will be going elsewhere.

I love the prices and coupons that go along with it. I love the ease and quickness of reserving your spot on online with the app. They send a tx message minutes before letting you know you are next. The salon is always clean and smells great. The staff are friendly and helpful. My family and I have been going to GC for years.

I've been getting my haircut at this Great Clips Laveen (51st Baseline)every month for the past 7 months, and they have been awesome each time. However, my experience last Saturday was disappointing. I arrived at 5:56 PM, and they informed me that I was the last customer for the day. The first available lady invited me to the chair and rushed through my haircut in just 4 minutes. I asked her to cut my hair like last time, and they had the record. Unfortunately, in her hurry, she used the machine and didn't change the blade accordingly.
Today is my first day at my new job, and my haircut looks really bad. I've lost my confidence because of this.

Being able to see wait times and check in online is really easy and convenient. The salon was very clean and comfortable. The stylist listened to my wants and provided excellent service. This Great Clips is a Great place to go.

I get razor cuts and Cindy is the only one. Why? it is difficult finding someone who knows how to cut with a razor. Before she did it I asked her how she learned to razor cut? Because of this experience after my other stylist moved out of state.One lady said she did knew how. She cut my hair with scissors then followed with a razor. Let's say my jaw dropped when I saw my cut. Told myself it will grow back while paying for it.
