Just went in today. Had a wonderful experience. I had Raymond helping and he was awesome! Anticipated my every need. He initiated conversation, when he heard by my short responses I wasn't interested gave me a nice quiet experience. Also Anticipated that I would want my cut a little longer than pictured, which was perfect. He was great during the whole experience and I enjoyed my shampoo and cut. Thank you. 😊 He even made adjustments as I was standing to make sure I had a great cut. Greatly appreciated! 👏🏻🙏🏻

Only, asked for trim and even. But the young woman cut it all together in one go. She left my hair uneven and disproportionate. Might as well cut it myself.

Worst experience ever I told the lady don't cut anything from the top she did the opposite,and started doing her own thing saying my hair doesn't go straight back naturally and started talking about how my hair sits,not only that but I'm injured I slightly turned my head she grab my head and turned it the way she wanted it several times,I almost walked out ,she ruined my hair and had the nerve to pull my head,ugly attitude,not being racist African American lady,I was happy with great until she cut my hair

My husband has gone there twice, because it's the closest to us, and both times they completely messed up his hair! If you can't do a style SAY THAT. He's had to shave his head due to the poor quality of the stylists there.

This place is wonderful. The girls there are great. I have been coming here for over a year , every 5 weeks, and they never disappoint. I choose to drive further past the great clips next to my house just to come this one. 10/10
