My son and I regularly visit Great Clips (Osborn and Seventh Ave) for haircuts, and I always request Maria Hernandez (a mother of eight) because we’ve known each other for years. Our visits are a great opportunity to catch up on family news—she’s always cheerful and loves working in Phoenix.
I make sure to book early on Sundays since she tends to have other loyal customers requesting her as well. If she’s unavailable, anyone else is fine for my son.
My wife consistently compliments our haircuts, saying they look professional and polished. I used to go to pricier boutique salons, but honestly, the only real difference now is the cost—Great Clips delivers just as high-quality results.

Just got the best haircut ive had in probably 15 years! Angel is fabulous. Cut my hair, and when i was hesitant, he tried something else and gave me the best cut ive ever had. I left EXTREMELY happy. Will definitely be back to see him.

I checked in online by 7:38 and showed up at 7:45 for my haircut, it said 0 minute wait online, I walked in, waited 10 minutes while the manager waited in the back, she came out and the girl on the floor said she’ll take me but the manager said I’ll get rid of him, lol. I had a $100 tip for the lady as I’m from out of town and only just arrived here on business and just needed a haircut before I went to a meeting tomorrow. Very unprofessional. I’ve been sitting in my car for 10 minutes now while they chit chat with the light on and door unlocked, (I only wanted a low skin fade)

The absolute worst place in the world to get your haircut. Terrible place never go here. Very much unprofessional and uneven. After giving a coupon he told it’s not valid tho it was valid and he over charged .
No proper service !!! Don’t go to this store !!!

Worst fade I have ever recieved. Uneven, miles too high, and shorter than I asked for. Very lazy cutting on the top of my head as well.
