The worst hair cut i ever got. I explained i want to shorter my hair a bit. No matter what i said the lady did what ever she want. And left me with no hair. She is not a hair dresser. She is more like a butcher.
Just look at my hair before and after. Now I need to wear hat everywhere

Not really a great clip, as they want to call themselves. I asked for a crew cut—even showed her pictures for reference, but she gave me a monk cut instead. I know it'll grow back eventually, but I'm super bummed that I'll look like a monk for the rest of the summer.

Staff was incompetent. I came with my girlfriend and we checked in online 15 minutes before arriving. They removed us from the queue and help my girlfriend but then help 3 other people before offering to help me even though we came together. I went somewhere else because by that time my girlfriend was already done

STAFF ARE AMAZING!!! I had my nerves about going to a great clips seeing as a situation had arisen a few weeks prior and my hair was not looking the best.seeing as I was on vacation I threw myself into the ring at this great clips. I asked one of the hairdressers. (Wish I remembered your name) for some advice and she styled my hair and fixed the weeks of insecurity in less then 5 minutes. As well as we had a wonderful conversation. If you are looking for not only an awesome haircut but friendly costomer service GO HERE!!!

Lourdes should not be cutting hair AT ALL. showed her what I wanted, which is what I already had it just needed to be trimmed shorter. She butchered it! Way too short, then asked if I wanted it shorter still!! I will say Jovanna did a good job on my husband's hair

If I could give it a minus, I would! My hair looks like my grandson 8mos old got ahold of the kitchen scissors while I was sleeping! I’ve NEVER cried from my hair being done wrong but this store shouldn’t be operating! I specifically asked if they could use a razor and do a pixie style, the older lady who was atrociously rude said yep, then turned to the other girls to pick me up when one flat out said idk and the other said no blades so she proceeded to sit me in the chair, the one girl kept asking her if she was comfy which she said yep so at this point I’m like ok she’s old, she’s used her noggin a bit (so I thought) cuz it’s not rocket science but not once did she touch my hair to feel the follicles, nor did she comb in any way to start, she just started to blade!!! I’ve got a rats tail, oh keep in mind I tried to dumb it down and said just use your sheers and do an A frame cut too which she flipped and said “those are too way opposite cuts!” So I decided to let her do her thing cuz I felt if I even spoke shed verbally attack me! As she’s just blading away, she was intentionally hiding me from my hubby and self, she made sure I couldn’t see it properly (without my glasses I’m legally blind) so me being the kind person I am, I tipped her 50%, thank god or she would’ve kept my expensive limited edition water bottle, but yeah I was pushed out, even the girl asked did you show her the back so they knew she did me wrong but I didn’t until I could play with it, then I realized it was soo bad that I’m in phx wearing a beanie! Yep I tipped her good cuz that’s who I am and I also told the other girl I’d teach her to use the razor on me but it’s not my job! This is a chain, they need to be up to date with styles but it’ll be their and the companies loss cuz people are over this! When we can watch tutorials online and get from Sally’s, why would we put up with rude, lazy, unprofessional people when we can do it ourselves and get what we want! I’ve called corp 2x and the owner had 24hrs from the first call and still nothing! I’ll be contacting the BBB, and any entity I can because this is false advertising! You can’t say you know things and not do what you say! It doesn’t work that way and it’s why she’s 75+ working at a GC which GC used to be good but I wouldn’t let them touch my dog! Oh and to top it off it off, if you’re a man and quickly come in to grab a quick cut, they’ll blame your hat or anything cuz they don’t know what they’re doing cuz if they did and the owner and manager were professionals, they’d have called right away to rectify the situation! I guess it’s my lesson to NOT go support these companies anymore and NOT be soo kind! I will NEVER go to any chain again and I recommend yall find somewhere where you’re valued as a customer not just timed and booted out the door! The other 2 girls were kind and somewhat knowledgeable but this place needs to be shut down! I never saw any licenses in stations nor was there any jars of barbicide so I think if you want rudeness, filth, lice, etc. this is your place! I’m far from done with this store and I won’t be removing or editing my review, the fact that the owner and manager just are ignoring, says everything!!! I’d suggest going to a dog groomer before stepping into one of these places, they’ve obviously ran their course ?♀️?? what y’all can’t see is the very long hairs down my neck, I told her tight tight everywhere but my bang which I showed her how to start so yeah not ok!! Wow as I look at services, they’re NOT capable of any of them!! Oh and sadly I didn’t check reviews prior cuz I was out and about but it’s obvious we’ve got an issue with this place and these people ?♀️ DONT COME HERE!!! I’d add a video but there’s a bit of profanity due to the trauma I endured in this hole ?
UPDATE: I’ve called corp 4x, they made it urgent and a high priority to the point that they called me first thing this Saturday morning which is exactly a week that the owners ignored me and corp! Shame on this owner, but after seeing reviews, I think he knows his times come to an en

Checked in online 85 min wait, got there on time and was told with an attitude that I wasn’t on the wait list. Had to wait an hour to be seen.Meanwhile other customers walked in and the same associate gave them attitude as well, she lacked empathy but most of all good customer service. The customer before me asked for a different stylist and gave him attitude and then she had to cut my hair. I didn’t want to put my trust in her with fear that her anger would result in her work but I waited so long, The hair cut was good but i don’t ever want to deal with that woman again.

This place is neat and great inside. I’ll give them that. I went to the place because Great Clips send me a mail for discounts for hair cut. I went inside and they told me straight forward they don’t cut black people hair. This is only and mainly for other skin color people hair but not for black or African American. If you’re black I’ll suggest you to avoid this place completely. A hair salon should cut all type of hair regardless of hair texture.
Hair type: If you have African American or black peoples hair style this place is not for you However other races hair Style may be acceptable.
