Ms Le worked as fast as lighting. I came just before close but did not feel rushed. I explained how I didnt feel heard at my last cut (not at this location) and Ms Le constantly checked in with me to ensure I was happy. My Mohawk lines are so clean! She is a whiz with the clippers! She gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldn't be happier!!!

I would choose another great clips in the area especially for back to school hair cuts. This location has been around for awhile, but the staffing is so inconsistent and it seems like they are setting up their new staff to fail. Go up to 59th and Thunderbird, it's comfortable, hardly any wait, SKILLED professionals, and they will take care of you and your littles.

We had checked in online, we were next in line to be seen but the cosmetologist that was ready didn’t have her clippers charged so we had to be pushed back. Ridiculous!! That is unacceptable. We checked in online to have a shorter wait!!
We used to get good service here, things have changed!! : (

I been going to this location and I usually get my haircut by different stylists there and it turned out great but 3 days ago I got my haircut and the lady cut it short to where I have a bunch of flyaways when I part it a certain way and my layers are not even, also my bangs were really short and uneven as well.

kind of annoying to have the waitlist say 45 minutes, then you drive to the location about 20 minutes away. You get to the location & the wait time hasn’t changed, and there’s only one stylist on duty while another stands above the others client yapping about non sense.
I feel bad for whoever had to sit in the chair and listen to all that. I literally left and got into the location down the road in less than 5 mins.
Do better!

Took my daughter to get her hair trimmed and Le was awesome. She takes time to make you feel welcomed and a great attitude. My daughter was extremely happy with her haircut so I went back the next day to get mine cut. Same outcome, Le nailed it again. We will be going back there time and time again. Thanks Le!

I love this place because I get to come see my dear friend Lee. She has been cutting my hair for the last 5 yrs. I feel very comfortable with her. She already knows how to cut my hair. The downfall is that she is so good. The line is usually long for her. I always go to their website to check in just incase the line is long, which it usually is. Lee should get kudos for being very professional and always hearing her customers. I will highly recommend this shop to family and friends. Lee you rock!

Claudia was amazing. It's been a long time since someone used a blade to cut my hair, and it turned out great. She has a talent that not many have when using the blade. I'm so lucky that I found her and I hope she continues cutting my hair.

I was led to believe today was a free haircut but I did not get a free haircut even though I brought it up. I did however get a red neck from being scraped by the clippers and a face blasted with the hot air from the dryer.

Disappointed the girl I go to is no longer at this location and they won't say where she is. I had a girl named Halyn and she did a fine cut.
