Miss Maria is absolutely amazing! She has a full on conversation with my son. This is the second time she's done his hair, and she remembered him 😁 definitely like this location with how gentle and caring they are with him!

Jessica is wonderful and does a great job with my family's hair. Having said that, there are some very rude women working there. When I call to see if and when Jessica works, I get huge sighs and quick hangups. This person was obviously annoyed and made sure to let it be known. RUDE people should not work with the public.

I've been coming to this location for many years. I understand you have online check ins. If the online check in is late do t make the the customers in line also wait. It's unprofessional and extremely rude. It's a sad day because I will never visit this location again after 15 or 20 years of loyalty . Left me extremely upset. I don't recommend this location

I have been going to this facility for several years now and have always had great luck with my haircuts. You can sign up for an appointment ahead of time online, so you don't have to wait, and they keep a file of how you generally like your hair cut. No matter who cuts your hair, they are always helpful and cut it the way you suggest.
Requested style: I'm an old woman, and had decided to let my silver hair grow out for a while and not get it cut. My hair had turned yellow and I didn't like it, and I'd been curling it daily with the curling iron. Got SICK of doing that, so I came in the last time to get it all cut OFF. I requested short around the ears and neck and a little longer at the top and full bangs. She did it EXACTLY right, and though no one can help the yellowing (it's something within my system) it's easier to combat it with shorter hair. Everyone in this facility is great.
