There’s a whole 30 minutes before they close and they denied me even after the fact that I told the hairdresser that I’m on the waitlist. So what’s the point of sticking around and get paid to do nothing? Other great clips go out of their way to cut your hair with less than 10 minutes of closure time. I work 20 days straight and the one time I get out “early” enough to get a haircut I’m told to come in tomorrow morning. Take off that hair apron if it’s not needed Mr.Dingus! 8-26-25 time 7:30pm

Today I had a great experience at the Great Clips Biltmore location 31St. Service was awesome and the staff was very polite friendly. My cut was so much better then I antisapathed. I will be back and look forward to next visit. Thanks for making my visit so easy and I have had several positive comments from friends saying hair cut looks really good.

There's is a stylist that does not understand how to cut hair. My Mother in law wanted a pixie cut and she got a GI Jane haircut! Not happy 64.oo for a shampoo and 2 bad haircuts

I trusted her with my long hair went in Friday asked for long layers she cut short layers. She cut off so much and I made it very clear I wants to keep my length her name was Victoria I noticed instead of taking the tangles off at the bottom of my hair she just cut so much. Like girl just stop being lazy and untangle it I knew it was a red flag when she wanted to condition my hair to help with the tangles she seemed clueless never book with Victoria

This place refused to give me a haircut because I wouldn't give them my phone number. Apparently a customers right to privacy isn't a concern for them. What business needs my phone number, my first and last name and my address to get a freaking haircut? Completely ridiculous.

I have officially given up in great clips. At several locations i have received a bad cut. I went in with a short-ish wolfcut and asked for texture WITHOUT losing length. What i left with is a butchered choppy mullet. I'm devastated and can't stop crying. Avoid at all costs.

I had Victoria who had to cut my teenage Granddaughter’s hair shorter than we really wanted because she didn’t want to take the time to comb the tangle out.
But my main concern was the tipping options. I am an older person and tried to customize the tip because there’s only certain options and accidentally pushed the $10 tip. She said she couldn’t do anything about it because it had already gone through. So I paid for a $10 tip for a $19 haircut. I’ll never go back there.
