Amira is awesome. Always does a great job cutting my hair. She listens to exactly what I want and asks questions if necessary. She is very kind and ensures that everything is just right. I would recommend Amira to anyone looking for a great haircut.

I've chosen this location for my haircuts because I have never had a problem. Today was the worst experience. The guy who cut my hair had no clue what he was doing. Shave job was choppy and he was more occupied with getting it done as fast as possible with NO ONE ELSE in the lobby or waiting. I was covered in hair when I left. My trim was not completed or even. This all after I voiced how hard in worked on my current hair style in growing it out and evening it up. Not only was the cut awful but acknowledged and he realized he did an unsatisfactory job and told me the haircut was on him before I even got out of the chair.
My favorite hairstylist is Natalie 5/5 for her and I really hope she still works here ....

After checking in and waiting for 20, was told only one of my kids could get a haircut. They don't close for another half hour yet. They aren't busy, I guess they want to close up early.

We didnt sign in online so we waited approx. 30 minutes. My brothers haircut was fine. The woman doubted that my brother was a senior. So we skipped the discount...I had an inch taken off the length and it's crooked. Then woman asked if I wanted a senior discount as well.... Not overly friendly

I have been going to Great Clips for many years and I finally cannot justify going anymore. This location in particular has not been able to provide good haircuts for me at least. Having just received another uneven and weird haircut, I now have to find another stylist to try and fix what this Great Clips did this morning.

I love this place. Always had the most gentle of professionals give me and my kid a haircut. Except for today !!! There was this woman who was in such haste, kept telling my 3 year old kid to keep his head straight or else she can’t do her job , made random strokes. It was an absolute pain watching my kid getting mishandled by her !!! Such a rude person. Just destroyed my day.

The rating isn’t so much for the location/manager but for the stylist Supriti. I just got the worst haircut of my life. I showed her some example pictures, told her about my hair, and how I wear it in a ponytail for work. Bored of the same basic trim and wanting to add more body/volume to my fine hair I went with the stylist recommendations for short layers on a shoulder length cut instead. The top layers looked very short when she was cutting them, but I had faith that she knew what she was doing. I should have stopped her. She dried it so I could have a better idea of what it would look like, this is when it set in that I now had a shag mullet (think comedian Sarah Sherman) which I shared. I told her that my hair looked fried. The layers were shorter than my bangs! She said that she could add product (any type weighs on my hair). It got rid of the frizz, but now looked stringy. She said she could cut more…my response was a firm no, and that I would try to see what it looked like at home after working with it. I tried to put it in a ponytail as I was getting out of the chair but half of it wouldn’t fit and fell to the front. She at this time suggested getting a fake ponytail clip from Amazon. I was DONE and wanted to get out of there and away from her. I paid, tipped, and left. I spent the entire weekend trying to find a way to style it to no solution, and at this time went into the salon to try to find help. The manager wouldn’t be there until the next day, and the other stylists were nice but couldn’t offer any solutions, just recommendation to help my hair grow faster (vitamins, products, etc.). Met with the manager, she refunded the cut (the bare minimum), but when asked about a cut or cuts to correct- she said the “refund was the correction”. Guess I’m waiting for six months for it to make it into a ponytail, and maybe a year to get it back to something manageable. Hopefully it won’t be too damaged with styling, products, clips, and barrettes through the process. It will be my time and my money. Hard lesson learned: just get a basic trim with a minimal amount off the ends when you don’t know the stylist. [I could share pictures, but for now think Rod Stewart]
