This review is for Therese specifically (not the entire staff) — do NOT get your hair cut by Therese.
After sitting through what felt like hours of ludicrous conspiracy theories (everything from mermaids to the deep state, Loch Ness monster, and fallen angels), she proceeded to leave my hair completely unblended. She made sure to comment that I was “wasting her time” before I could finally run back to my car and leave. This location would gain my business again if she’s let go, but until then, I’m compelled to warn you: don’t go with Therese.

Been coming here for years. Dianna is my go to. Don’t mind her corkiness. She’ll definitely make you laugh. The best part is that she has great communication about your hair and what kind of haircut you desire.

I go to the same stylist every time. Evidently, the stylists post notes about the previous visit and style/ cut requested. I am always satisfied with the results! My stylist is Deanna!

Elder abuse. Worst experience of my life. Brought my grandma in here for a haircut and they were insufferably rude to her. She was bonked in the head multiple times with the comb the stylist couldn’t seem to figure out how to use. My grandma was afraid she might be bleeding because the stylist was so careless with the scissors. My grandma was concerned with one side being much longer than the other and the stylist explained “your ears are uneven, there’s nothing I can do about that.” She was lazy with cutting, hair cut was awful and choppy. She seemed extremely confused when I asked her any questions about payment or tried to explain what haircut my grandma wanted. She ignored my grandma the whole time, my grandma was miserable and nearly in tears at the end. My grandma tried to stop her from cutting certain parts and she was completely ignored. The whole store is disgusting and there was McDonald’s scattered everywhere on the counters. Another stylist was barefoot at one point with her pants completely rolled up her leg because it was too “hot” creating an immature and disgusting scene. Horrible treatment and borderline elder abuse.

went in for a haircut and trim on my bangs. left with wet hair (i thought places still blow dried your hair - not a style but just like to dry it. guess not) and my hair is two different lengths. one side is almost an inch longer than the other. everyone inside was super nice but this is the worst haircut i’ve ever gotten. i now have to pay for another haircut for someone else to fix it which is irritating because this economy is already hard as it is.
