This was a very disappointing experience. I made a clear request, but they did the exact opposite. When I reached out to touch my son's hair, I was asked to step away. I won’t be returning to this store and am more than willing to travel a few extra miles for better service elsewhere.

The haircut I received and my kid received from Jaysa was very poor, she lacks knowledge and also rude
when I told here my expectation and started arguing with me..I will never have haircut from her...
Carrie is great ..has good knowledge and very detailed and careful, Andrea as well knows what style looks good...

I’ve been a regular customer, but unfortunately, this time my experience was very disappointing. The haircut I received was not up to standard—it turned out quite badly. It seems the new stylist didn’t handle my hair well at all, and I’m really unhappy with the result. What’s more frustrating is that I wasn’t given any alternative or choice during the process. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and ensures better communication and consistency in the future.

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated
I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of the inconsistency and subpar service at this location. My son has been a regular customer here, but today's experience was the final straw.
The same lady who has messed up his hair before did it again - and this time, it was even worse. His haircut is uneven, with noticeable patches of uncut hair. It's clear that she lacks the skills and attention to detail required for this job.
What's even more frustrating is that this isn't an isolated incident. This is the third time she's botched his haircut, and it's unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a basic level of competence and quality service.
I'm baffled as to why this barbershop continues to employ someone who consistently fails to meet these expectations.
