I went to Great Clips this morning for a beard trim and the woman who trimmed it chopped it up and it looked terrible. She was in a big hurry and whipped the sheet off of me and all the hair landed on my shirt. I went there because I didn't want to trim it myself and she didn't give me the senior discount. I gave her a 6 dollar tip on top of the 9 dollar price. And when I got home I saw how bad it looked and spent a half hour trying to fix it. My only consolation is that it is still growing. They won't see me again.

Brought my girlfriend in for a quick cut and the stylist was very rough pulling her hair and did not listen to what she wanted. Would not even tell us her name.
Now we can’t have it fixed until it grows out. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Took my granddaughter in tonight to get a trim and a V- shape to her long hair and the lady said she could do it. She couldn't, she left her hair so crooked. My granddaughter cried for hours. I'll be taking her some where tomorrow so someone can fix it.

We have been visiting the Great clips on 83rd And lower Buckeye for years. All the ladies there are amazing but there is one that truly stands out it’s Miss Sofia. She’s amazing at cutting hair and she’s an amazing person over all.

My son and husband went in today and came out with unbelievable messed up haircuts. I had checked in my husband and didn’t add my son because he was sleeping, by the time I got the alert they were ready for my husband my son was up so I told my husband to take our son with him and see if they’re willing to take him in (I consider myself reasonable, I would’ve understood if they couldn’t, no big deal) well they took him in, but they could’ve said no if they were going to be rushed. My sons head has a line where there were different cuts and my husbands hair is complete trash, looks like I cut his hair. I wish I wouldn’t of sent him, I’d rather him stayed hairy. I was surprised when 20 min later they come back into the house… LOOKING CRAZY!!!! Ugh I’m extremely annoyed. I will be calling Monday and asking for a manager. They close at 6 it wasn’t even 5 when my husband and son went it, but they told him “we’re about to close.” I can’t believe they STILL took his payment, obviously they could see what they did on their head.
