You can never be too far away from home. Military movements aren't always just oversees. Be a part of a team that's fighting everyday to make sure your family is uttmost important and your safety is top priority. Be apart of a bigger fight, a safer fleet. Join Greyhound to make sure your travels on US soil are completed safely.

As long as you purchased a ticket to a destination. They let you lounge for as long as you want; as long as you're not being a nuisance. I arrived at 10:00 pm on the 8th of Feb. Had a court date @ 8:30 a.m. until then, I just laid out and rested until my court hearing.

When I took my friend to go to where he was supposed to meet up with the Greyhound bus. There was no actual location that defined exactly where he was leaving from. Just an address for a super Walmart on Glendale and 59th Ave. A bunch of businesses with no Greyhound bus in site or no group trying to catch their bus there as well. So I had to pay for a brand new ticket and 1 extra bag. And the money his mom paid for him to travel was lost. But the worst thing about the whole ordeal the customer service agents that were supposed to be friendly and helpful. Were short with me, rude, kept telling me to go to the webpage, and never disclosed to me that the original ticket purchased from Greyhound was not transferred to the new trip ticket. Very disappointed in sad display of customer service and he was going home for Christmas. Hope this helps with hopefully making some positive changes to make others experiences a bit more pleasant. Thank you for your time!

Bathroom was not the cleanest, bus was 3 hour delay departure...no reason why given...then broke down an hour or so into commute. Side of highway at night estimated 4- 6 hours for rescue bus. Assigned seat broken, driver said he wasn't dealing with it we were already late...sit where you want. I do not think I will ever take a Greyhound bus again...lesson learned

While you wait hours for your inexplicably late bus, you can contemplate how the wealthiest country in the world can’t manage to construct a reliable public transit system.

For a bus station, it is clean; has security and the staff are super friendly. A pleasant surprise.
