I have a storage unit, and have had it for more than thirty years, the manager, I call him E, for short, is great, he is both polite and professional, he is an asset to the company, I recommend this company to anybody looking for a storage place.

Very happy with my unit. The only issue I have is I wish they were open on Sundays. But other than that I don't have any other issues with them I've been with them for 3 years now and I've been pretty happy with them.

Decent storage place never had a problem going on 2 years now all is smooth only thing is that they are close on Sundays but after all In all is good u highly recommend

Been a great experience having a storage with Guardian Storage. Very well kept, clean facility, security is great, easy access to my storage. I would highly recommend to others.

Guardian is the best. For over three years I've had my teardrop trailer stored at the McDowell location, and now Van Buren. Not only is it a great bargain but Denise and Efran have always been kind and made sure my property is safe. The lots and units are clean and the managers live onsite. I have no desire to go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I’ve been storing here for 2 1/2 years. Effran is the best it’s safe and he keeps it that way he bent over backwards for all of us anybody looking for a Storage would be a fool not to go here thank you Effran.

Can’t say enough good things about this place and Efran the manager. I’ve been storing my stuff here for about a year and have never any issues. Manager keeps the place clean and secure and is always willing to work with me, a genuinely good person and great customer service. And the rates are unbeatable!

Honestly I received far better service than expected. And it's the only place that didn't price gouge after the pandemic. The dude who runs the place is actually a great guard so you can trust your stuff here. There's a rule here, if someone pulls into the gate in front of you, you can't just follow. You have to still enter your code. Well I accidentally broke that rule and the dude who runs the place pulled up on me quick, making sure I'm a tenant and not a thief. I think he lives there so you have that security 24/7. That's better than that big box chain in my opinion.
