This place is absolutely horrible. I signed up for this storage unit in Nov of 2021. I think I had had my unit for an mos and they raised my bill $30 making it $190 for a 10x10 unit. I live out of state. The last two mos I have attempted to call the office probably 10-15 times, left messages, called corporate, left messages… no one EVER calls me back. I’ve been charged a late fee the last two mos of $35 each mos because of my billing zip code not matching what they have on file and no way to change it on my end. I’m not only unable to make a payment but keep being charged more late fees…Keep getting emails saying they have tried to call me before turning me over to collections but I have never received a call from them. They have my correct number because when i attempt to make a phone payment it recognizes my number and pulls up my account info but then denies the payment and tells me to call to speak to a manager. This is insane I live 13 hours away and this is the worst company I have ever done business with!!!! ?

I've been here for years now and I wanted to update this review. Heather is fantastic! Total pro and always a pleasure to see her. Jared, the new guy is the same. He takes care of the place and the customers like they are his own. Always remembers my name! Thanks for everything.

I think I paid prorated at least one more day, they charged me from the day I sign papers instead of the Thursday i usually starting occupying the unit, regardless, and according to the Thomas location staff member, it was a discrepancy on the initial information given by call center on total price for unit, because for over 24 hrs I cannot reach office and when I show up it was a notice sign on the door that it was a staff meting all morning and part of the afternoon until 3:30 pm I show up 2nd time at 3:45pm the manager told me cannot gave me the price they gave me at my original reservation with call center A DAY BEFORE! Please review my account and if applied a refund, or credit on my account, please do so. The other thing, we paid movers by the hr, when I arrived the unit cannot be open I have to go downstairs to the office and someone there told
me “-Uppsss I’m sorry, we should get it ready for you before this happens, I apologize “ he take care but I was unexpected and it cost me money.
But overall I’m thankful I found a safe place to used as a storage.

Rented a storage locker a few years ago last time I moved, liked the convenience enough that I'm doing the same thing again now that I'm planning to move again.

I rented a storage unit here for just about a year just recently moved out all my stuff. I never had any issues and Denise was always amazing to deal with! She was always in a great mood and was always greeted with a smile. If I ever need a storage unit this will be my first choice. Denise thank you for all you do!

Sarah C was great! Super helpful and friendly. There were several challenges trying to get a storage unit setup, but the person at the call center and Sarah C did everything possible to help get it done!

If I could leave no stars for this location I would. The District Manager, Sarah, should hire someone else to run that store because she is never there when she is supposed to be. When we first rented from this location we requested a moving truck and Sarah scheduled us for a specific day and time but yet when we arrived she was no where to be found and we had to go to the 52nd Street location to get assistance. Also, when we were trying to move out of our unit she was again no where to be found for four days. I called non stop and went to the location multiple times where she continued to change the "back soon" sign every hour. She is very unprofessional and shows no empathy or care for her clients.
