This place straight up stole everything from me. I was late to pay my unit like the last 3 times since I started renting there, i have adhd so being late is nothing new. Well I ended up getting mauled by a pitbull and was in the hospital unexpectedly. As soon a I was able to go in and pay my unit I went in there to pay it. (31days past duel They tacked on all these unexpected charges and i didnt have enuff to pay tha day. I swallowed my pride and convinced my mother to loan me the money, which she agreed. They refused to take her credit card payment online or over the phone. They said she had to come in the store with cash. My mom thought that was shady and refused. I had no other options. This company could care less about the customer, money is the only thing they care about. I was more then willing to pay my bill. Terable customer service. I would rent anywhere but this dump. Extra space is literally down the street, I wish I went there.

This place is fantastic. I can’t say enough things about the staff, this was our first time renting a unit for our business, we called multiple companies,, and after speaking with Sina on the phone the choice was clear. And to make things better we came in for a tour and she took us to every unit we wanted to look at I made it feel like we were her top priority. Highly recommend.

This is my second unit rental at Smart Storage. I spoke with Alchemy several times before renting my second unit. She was patient and informative as to what I could expect when renting long term.
During the rental process yesterday, she made the process a quick and effecient process. Alchemy and Sina were both very pleasant. I'd definitely recommend renting with Smart Storage.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Moving is never a fun experience but Alchemy and Sina have been so helpful! To helping me get my storage unit taken care of and even having good conversation and a good laugh after all the stress. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Smart Stop Storage. I've had a unit here since 2016, and the quality of service has never wavered. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been pleasant and professional. One of the biggest things for me is the cleanliness of the facility—it's spotless every time I visit, which gives me great peace of mind. Smart Stop has earned my loyalty, and they will always be my first choice for storage.

My rent increased after 3 months unknowingly and I was wrongfully charged a $20 late fee
Each employee has different and incorrect information. Was told my late charge would not be in effect until a specific date, but then went to pay the rent before that said date and a late fee was already applied. I talked to corporate the same day and they told me late charges apply 6 days after due date. My due date was in fact 5 days ago when this happened not 6. Then corporate tried to explain me that my due date means it’s already 1 day past due, which makes literally no sense at all.
