Went to Publix storage and had terrible experience with hidden fees, and people who could not speak English, and when I got here, Derek was such an awesome guy, heade it easy, was professional and had a calming demouner that made the rental process a great experience...I hace to say, this place is the best place anyone can store.

This location is now A++. Devin and Derek understand customer service and always helpful. What a refreshing change compared to all of the other storage places in the area and thr previous employees they had. Highly recommend this location simply bc of these guys.

Derek at SmartStop Self Storage was kind and knowledgeable for how impatient I am as a customer. I was looking for a first floor deal and I got the best unit possible available.Facts. The place is clean, air conditioned, however I would never live there, but my stuff does, now. I highly recommend this storage facility, if you live near or in the North Phoenix area. Close to everything Happy. Thanks for the great service and direction. They even had a special lock because I forgot to have one before I came in to the facility. How lovely. Perfect.
