The worst store discriminated against me, they sent me to another store for claiming my warranty, which I paid just for being Latino. I can't believe it, in 2025 they will tell you to go to another store where they serve Latinos.

I just started coming to this particular store. Harbor freight is a toy store for me. So far, every trip over there at this store has been awesome and everybody's been really helpful. They keep their store pretty stock and they have very few times gone over there and not been able to get what I was looking for.

Great customer service, prices & quality! They always have 20% Off coupons online & freebies. I have been going to Harbor Freight for at least 8 years. Check here before Home Depot. This hose was only $20 and then I used my 20% off and got a free 25ft tape measure!

As an inside member or whatever I get coupons. I received the 25% off any one idem email...5 times in 3 weeks time. I finally had time to get around to using it an it was expired in the email. By 4 days counting today. Asked if they could honor it beings I've been getting numerous emails asking me to use it literally. However I was shot down IMMEDIATELY without hesitant words. Why send so many emails basically begging me to come in and use said coupon only to in the end not honor it? Waste of time and money. Staff were straight to the point. "Nope, we don't do that here" when I asked to honor it beings I pay for this membership.
Awesome. Great job making NO SALE. Oh an insuring I end my shopping there. I'd rather pay full price somewhere else then be harassed to come spend money only to be sent away after 3 days....horrible.
