I went in for modeling supplies (glue, paint, etc.) They had what I needed. The place was well organized. Easy to find what I needed.

Always love this store! This location in particular was fully stocked with various items other locations did not carry. Would love to see the online store fully stocked as I store as they are always out of stock.

Today there were two lines for about 30 customers, even after the manager came up to support an override. 3 people turned around and left. Not a good this for business

Everything has to be hand keyed. I accidentally left my wallet in my car. So I figured I'd just use Apple Pay. I swear I saw someone in line ahead of me use it. But I was tersely told, "Oh, we don't take ApplePay!" So she set it aside , I went to the car, came back, and the person being helped had a 30+ item order that had to be all hand keyed. This place runs on the 1970's sales model. Never again!

Best place I have ever been! I always love it. They had tons of emo Christmas cows and cardinals of every size from the size of golf balls to bigger than a bread box. On multiple occasions I have bought products that have not had a price tag on them and they were able to figure it out very quickly. Fun experience.

what can you say this is the toy factory for creative men. I go in there and there is more stuff to do in my garage. I plan on bringing stuff home so that I can do crafts with the neighbors for the next year if they had a CNC machine there I would’ve bought it.

There are ALWAYS long lines with employees walking around not willing to come help unless called up which doesn't happen until you've been waiting for over 10 minutes. They need to man the registers and take care of their customers. In addition, they NEVER make eye contact with you on the floor much less ask you if you need assistance or even how your day is going. When you do need help and have to ask, every employee I have ever had to ask has seemed annoyed to have to stop the stocking they are doing to help. I love their products and it's the only reason I go in but, listening to gospel music overhead while being treated so terribly is very disheartening. You really need to change your customer service standards!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer experience! Even though the yarn I needed to buy was discontinued, I appreciate that the workers went out of the way to find the product I wanted to buy. Well visit again.

What can you not find at Hobby Lobby for a hobbyist, amateur artist, & professional artist?! I applaud how clean & organized they keep each store with the amount of merchandise they carry! And thank you for having restrooms in each store...God knows how many hours it takes to get that ONE item you came for!!!

Went there for RIT DYE and got fabric that was 40% off. The woman that works in the fabric department was very friendly. I also met some great customers. I enjoy meeting new people.

I will be taking my services to another Hobby Lobby. After my encounter with cashier Robin today, I will no longer be shopping at this location. She was very rude when my husband and I walked up to the register to check out. She rolled her eyes and made it very obvious that she was irritated that we needed to check out. My husband apologized as it appeared she may have been on her way to complete a task, but her register was the only one open. My husband said "hopefully we are your last customers for a while." She glared at him and said "not at this register you won't be", she was at the returns register. When it was time for payment, I waited for the lights to come up on the terminal. She looked at me and said "what are you waiting for? You don't need to wait for the lights to come on."I would have let the first interaction slide had she not continued to be rude. I get that companies are short staffed and people are burnt out and tired. But I don't appreciate continued rudeness when I had no other options as far as check out registers go.If you read through the reviews, Robin has caused quite a few 1 star reviews...the constant attitude towards customers appears to be a habit of hers. Maybe consider pulling Robin off registers for a short time? She appears to need a break...

The young lady was rude, I didn't get her name I wished I would have gotten her name. We weren't greeted when we entered the store and she was standing right there in front of us when we walked in. I stood there for 3 or 4 minutes before she even acknowledged our presence. I think she has a problem with black people that's why she ignored me and my 10-year-old son, he's half black half Mexican.
