What an awful company. Cynthia the dispatcher is particularly unpleasant. If I were Costco I would fire this company ASAP and find one that even remotely approaches their standard for customer service. Knowing this is who they will send is enough to guarantee I won’t order appliances from Costco again.

They damaged my ceiling and door frame while delivering a fridge from Costco. They then denied it and said they won’t repair it because the driver didn’t annotate the damage on the manifest. Do not use this company for any reason.
