waited for about 15 minuets for someone to cut wood for me, ended up leaving it there and going elsewhere. I had a list from my employer with SKUs needed and the employee saw me approaching and loudly told their coworker that they were happy they were off in a few minutes, and seemed irritated that I asked for help.

I am accustomed to the quality level of service at Home Depot but this store is a cut above. Nicknamed “the beast” because of its stellar performance, the people were personable throughout the transaction. Not only did I buy a grill from them, but they were kind enough to set it up for me in time to surprise a family member with it!

customer service is non existent at this location, all i needed was a board cut but ended up spending 30 minutes without a single person helping me. i asked several associates none of which knew where the associate who specialized in lumber was. this is not the first time i’ve had bad experiences at this location just thought I’d give them a second chance. save yourself the hassle and just go to Lowe’s

Fumi has made today’s visit one of the best and most efficient. Thank you for knowing your stuff and handling all of my transactions properly. I had 2 returns and 4 online orders(Totally normal for me as I’m a contractor) and I have never been in and out as quickly as I have with Fumi. He deserves a raise. He was attentive, greeted me properly, maintained a professional conversation all while handling multiple transactions and requests. In less than 10 minutes! I average 30+ min and honestly I was dreading the pick up today. Thanks for making my day Fumi, we need more people like you.

I just needed to stop in here to pick up some supplies to replace the window screens in my house. I was able to find what I needed, but asked one of the store workers to help me because the window screen frame kits were all jumbled up and were too high up too easily see without a ladder. The person did so, and the selection was good, also the price was fair.

Don’t bother buying any tools here. They are all locked up. If you are lucky enough to find an employee, pray they know the combination. If they don’t, you might stand around waiting for 20 minutes for nobody to show up. At least Lowe’s have employees to help customers. This location is terrible.

I wish there were a Lowe's that was closer. I have never had a good experience at this particular Home Depot.They need to take a page from Lowe's and install buttons on every aisle so people can receive assistance when they need it. I have never experienced such poor customer service. When you need someone to help, good luck. In addition, I can't recall ever being approached by an associate to ask if I need any assistance.I understand when the store is busy. However, this is my experience every time I am at this Home Depot.I'd give zero stars if I could.

I was completely discriminated against. The employees had to bring in a machine to get something off the top shelf. I understand they have to close the aisle for safety reasons but I was the only one they asked to move. There were 2 or 3 others there as well and I was the only one asked to wait at the end of the aisle. I can tell you right now I definitely won't be back and I'm gonna spread the word for my friends and family to do the same.

Just another example of staff indifference in the post pandemic world where warm bodies collecting a check rule supreme. The immediate area is in obvious decline. I was panhandled immediately as l exited my vehicle, the parking lot was a filthy eyesore in desperate need of long overdue attention.Oddly staff members wear fluorescent orange vest yet have somehow mastered invisibility.I'm sorry but l didn't find "over there" to be all that helpful when inquiring about the location of items within the store, perhaps including an isle number might prove to be a more useful alternative.No customer service but l did find abundant lip service!

This is by far one of the dirtiest Home Depots I've ever been in people are unhelpful in here they're more concerned about their personal life than helping customers and if you like to dodge bums in the parking lot the whole time you're here this is the place for you because it is filled with bums everywhere don't recommend coming to this place at all drive another 10 Mi to go to a better one
