I went in to rent a floor sander and wasn't told anything except how to rent the machine. The person in that department then said, Oh I forgot our system is down but you can buy the equipment you need to do the job and then come back and rent the machine, the system should be up by then. I go and purchase the parts I need wich were not cheap and I come back to the rental department only to be told the system isn't coming back. I tried to return the equipment he told me to purchase and I was told I could not return it, come back tomorrow they said. Two people in line before me returned items but I could not. Now I'm stuck with merchandise I can not use and they said to take it up with corporate. I have no idea how that even works or if it is even worth the headache. I guess Lowes isn't as bad as people say it is and now that's where I have to go.

This is the best Home Depot. I am part of a huge company in AZ and I handle all purchases. I bought the wrong lg stacked washer and dryer online 30+ days ago and you are supposed to let them know about any problems writhing 48 hours. So when my team finally began our utility room build they let me know I got a gas powered not electric. After a good call with Home Depot customer service rep. She let me know the stores manager would accept this return for fair trade meaning we needed to buy the same model but electric. AMAZING I was so relieved. You guys are the best thank you so much for your help. Could not have done it without your support and understanding.

The speakers blaring loud music can be heard all the way from my house. It’s a shame they resort to this to what I assume is an attempt to stop workers from “loitering” around the store to find a job. Those same people are who buy from them and make them a profit. Hearing that all day every day on repeat must be torture, I can barely stand it when I’m in the parking lot on the way to shop.

The online inventory does not match what's on stock in the store. Very inconvenient. Employees are friendly and willing to assist with locating a product or just answer a question.

Paint department needs better customer service. Shell made me wait about ten minutes while she was talking to her coworker. Needs more training.
