The cashier argued with me about the price of a piece of angle iron that was stacked with a bunch of exact same pieces but his price was 15.50 when it was marked 2.37. so he asked me to go take a picture of the price label, I did. Then he punched in the numbers from my picture and said, nope, that's not the right price tag. I told him it's false advertising to put stuff in the wrong place and it's stupid to tell your customers that need to figure out what things cost in their store because employees can't put them where they belong. He said, sorry for the inconvenience. I told him the inconvenience was more about him making me walk the whole store to get a pic just to tell me their product wasn't stocked correctly. Whatever home depot. Do better.

I had an outstanding experience at Home Depot thanks to Ken and Dennis! It was my first time visiting the store, and I truly felt listened to and not rushed at all. They both took the time to genuinely help me with my door-related questions.
Dennis even went above and beyond by starting the prep work on my door lock, while Ken guided me step by step through another door issue I had. Their assistance was not only quick but also efficient, making the process much easier for me.
Thank you so much, Ken and Dennis, for making my experience so positive! I really appreciate the dedicated service!!!

Just moved from Washington state and had to go to home depot for some house stuff for the new house. When we got to home depot we noticed that it actually legitimately had a friendly light vibe which was unexpected, we are used to the rudeness that Washington state brings, mostly no real customer service in general there. Employee John from this location gave us a great deal of help, he led us to all that we needed and answered all of our questions and then some, helping us choose the best bug killer products and what to watch out for, etc. These 5 stars are for him first and then the rest of home depot for having such a good vibe and overall polite and respectful. Thankyou guys. Washington state home depots can learn a thing or 50 from this...

Usually I like home Depot cause they have a great selection but almost all the employees were not rude but not helping in any way either . Kinda felt like I was interrupting something important yet they weren't doing anything. Very awkward.
