Very disappointed in the cashier named Kristin. I understand we all have things going on in life, but when you work in customer service, you need to be less cold with customers and learn to be more personable.

Do not buy carpet from Home depot they used USIG carpet installer and they did a hack job on my house instilling the carpet and home depot told me there nothing wrong with it

Worse experience ever i love home depot but THIS PLACE WAS TRASH!! I bought door locks for my house wanted them keyed waited 2 1/2 hours to never get help so finally left couldn't even get a manager to help!!! NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!

Tracy at the blinds would rather have me wait while she cut us 7 sets of blinds for an online order then help me so I can get on my way. When I asked to talk to a manger I was denied by some supervisor. Told me the most bs explanation.

Michael is such an expert in customer service. He truly goes above and beyond! I always see him mixing paint so diligently and efficiently. He directed me to everything I needed to find and was super friendly about it! I had such a pleasant shopping experience with him and I'll be sure to come back to this Home Depot for my paint needs. We need more workers like him in the world.
