This is the 3rd time I come to this store and they are profile me EVERYTIME , I am in. Line looking at the employee standing in the middle the whole time and as I come next she literally walks up to me when I’m next in line and takes the scanner before I can grab it and insist to help me , my next review is going to be a video of them doing it I guarantee I will catch them in the act

as a former employee of this store from 2006/2007-2018 my punch in number was 123534349 I can tell you that 17-18 years ago this company was a great place to work full time was 40 part time up to 39 hours then for whatever reason in 2012 part time goes from 15-29 hours a week which means 90 percent of that store only worked part time with no health insurance I have no idea how that happened to this day , you all in management were happy sure because you get your fifty hours and insurance and a big fat healthy paycheck the rest of us had to use sick and vacation time just to get a decent check and but lord know's I didn't have that much to put in to my bank account but you all in the management hierarchy expected us to come to work happy with smiles on our faces give me a break all you all cared about was numbers that's all no opportunity to move on to a new challenge nope unless we brown nosed but that would never happened when I did get a chance to finally cashier with this store and company after begging and pleading for 2 years I did everything I said I would do I sold 26-28 store credit cards and as many warranties all I wanted was to move on permanetly from being a cart pusher and move on to being a cashier I loved that job but management still scheduled me to be a cart pusher even thought I hated every minute and they knew it too. but it was 50/50 as to why I was terminated I get it I lost my cool one too many times but that incident happened on the lot not when I was on the register if management paid any attention or actually gave a damn about the well being of it's employees or happiness this whole thing could have been avoided but after all this I was told I might be eligible for re-hire in 2025 I had made a few calls to home depot HR and they said yes I was eligible as time went on I started to warm up to the idea of going back and giving each othe closure but 2 months ago I make a call to HR again just to confirm I can comeback and they tell me no I can't comeback I got in to trouble too many times you know what thought that's fine even though I didn't steal from the store or hurt anyone It tells me you all haven't learned a damn thing and your ego's are so insensitive that you all in management can't admit you made a mistake that's fine but whenever someone ask's me about home depot I'm going to tell the truth I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy I will disencourage people I know to go to work for home depot or shop there mark my words

The store is huge and very clean. All employees are happy to help however they can. I had a return and needed a shower head today. They weren't too hard to find and had a nice selection of options. Customer service wasn't too busy and I was greeted happily. I am happy with my visit and will be sure to return.

The Home Depot on Camelback road in Phoenix is a fantastic place to do business. Adam, one of the managers, greeted me and helped me sign up for a Home Depot Pro Extra account. Every time I go here people go out of their way to help me. Great doing business here.

This is a pretty good store and the staff here is always helpful and polite. Due to the neighborhood and location, this is a very busy store and the parking lot is often a zoo of characters. Nothing unsafe, just a lot of foot traffic in the lot.

We went looking for carpet or a area rug but those we found there , were very old and dusty. Other than that , the place itself is huge and staff are friendly and cooperative.

Just continues to go downhill from its heyday. With all the technology available today I don’t understand how they have so many empty shelves and never have what you’re looking for. Unless you’re looking for warped lumber, that they have. Every trip becomes a game of how can I make what they do have work. There’s no one to help you including at the registers. If you just need basic home supplies you’re usually better going to local Ace.

I like this place. They have a good selection of items. Most workers know what they are doing.

Had the hardest time getting a dryer delivered to our home. We live on a military installation but was upfront about that from the beginning because we understand it can be difficult delivering at times. After the second time of the Home Depot chosen subcontracted delivering company canceling on us we called to voice our displeasure. The worker in the delivery section actually tried to give me the 800 number of the delivery company to try to figure this mess out myself. No, this is your subcontract, not mine. When that was suggested I told him we are done and just want our money back. I know we are just one family so it doesn't matter in the long run, but Home Depot was always our go to over Lowe's; this experience has most definitely changed that. I giving an extra star because after the delivery was canceled the first time a manger did go out of her way to try and make the second attempt go smoother, unfortunately to no avail.
