I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for about 5 years. It used to be pretty good, but the last year or so has just been awful to not great. It’s hard to find an associate to help find the things you need or someone calls the right person to come to the right department and you wait for 20 mins and leave. Cashiers are not helpful for the most part. Went in there tonight and we were looking for an appliance bulb. Stopped the guy walking down that aisle and asked him. He told us he was new and didn’t work in that department so we should go look over by the appliances. Fine…not a great employee but I will let it slide cuz he’s new. But going over to check out and it is ALL self check out now. There were two women standing in the area and as we walked into the self check out, before we even got to a kiosk, we were rudely asked if we were paying cash or card. Several times we were asked but didn’t understand what she was saying. I finally replied “card” and she curtly told us to use checkout number 3 or 4. She was just so rude!! I’m pretty sure we could have figured that out on our own. Felt like this Home Depot has turned into a Walmart!!! I will try to use the cave creek and thunderbird location in the future. If we experience that same customer service, I’ll drive the 15 minutes to Lowe’s.

Your average Home Depot. Smaller garden section and the parking lot is horrible with a funny layout. Lots of homeless hanging out next to the conjoining shopping center.

Home Depot is such trash now. Every time I buy something I always have a problem. Bought a vacuum online. Vacuum is brand new and doesn't work. They say contact the manufacturer. Manufacture says they can send me a new part but I have to tare it all apart and reput together a brand new vacuum. Go to exchange it for a new vacuum in store. The store says since I bought it online that they can only give me my money back and can't do an exchange. Vacuum is now $200 more and they expect me to pay the difference on a broken vacuum. Officially done a new Lowe's customer.

Waited for curbside pick up for 10 minutes, went inside only to find out it was not ready, took another 15 minutes inside. Could have went and hit everything myself. No concern or apology or anything from staff

Horrible customer service this Saturday employees were rude as soon as you walk in this door definitely won't be coming to this location no more !

Make sure you return your stuff ASAP because the ink fades off of the receipt and they won't give you your money back. A lousy 10 bucks. I had to eat it, maybe I should just go find a few things that will fit in my pocket 🤔

Was shopping in the nursery, parked near the nursery to buy a big heavy pot, they closed the nursery doors without letting me know which would’ve been considerate. I would’ve just picked a pot and left, but instead I had to walk the pot all the way up to the front check out on the other end of the store and then walk all the way back outside to my car with a big heavy pot. Not cool.
