We went to Home Depot to rent a truck. They have a new Clear system to verify identity in order to rent. You scan a QR code that takes you to an app on your phone. We had valid ID and a credit card. We tried on the app 5 times but it would not scan the driver’s license. We felt like idiots moving around the desk looking for a place without glare etc. finally we got locked out. The employee had zero ability to review the ID and credit. The employee did not help us at all. He simply said “Sorry guys” and we left after wasting a half hour. Go to U-Haul don’t waste your time at Home Depot.

They need to get better at stocking things from upper shelf boxes. Our company employees waste so much time waiting for things that say in stock to be taken down of high rise shelves above... and that's after having to search for correct box/product number that 50% of the time aren't in the right spot. Workers need to stop standing around talking to each other and do their jobs right!

Be prepared for your appliance delivery nightmare not that they are better in too many other places. Double check your salesman. Ours forgot to order the stacking kit for our washer and dryer despite talking to him about having to stack the appliances. Then the rescheduling and the lies from the schedulers. I installed the appliances myself after their repeated screw ups. Had to drive to meet a delivery crew on the other side of town to pick up my kit because I was tired of the screw ups and lies from the women working in scheduling. Then they send a guy out to my house to take photo proof of installation probably to straighten out their 3rd party invoicing as proof that they installed it. Disappointed I wasn't there to tell them to shove off. The 1 star is for the guys working the trucks. They seem more professional than most appliance delivery businesses. None of this goat rope was their fault.

This is my neighborhood Home depot. I rented tools about three times at this location and found the employee's treatment very nervous, disrespectful and resentful

If you’re a person of color beware of this location. Dealt with 2 racist associates that didn’t want to help after asking them nicely for help multiple times.

Every time I step away from my cart for 30 seconds at this location, somebody restocks everything that I've spent the past who knows how long picking out. It's super annoying. Please stop doing it. Next time y'all do it, I swear I am going to demand that you consult your security footage and restore everything that was in my cart while I find a seat and take a load off.
Every day is a long day. If I'm here and it's not the crack of dawn, I'm really tired. I don't want to shop for the same stuff twice every time. Y'all are rarely helpful anyway so please just stay away from me until I get to the checkout. When I get to the checkout though, be normal and scan my stuff for me. I am not a cashier & I always end up needing a cashier five times for overrides. It's vastly inferior to regular human checkouts.

Understaffed. No help. Poorly organized. Worst parking lot of any store anywhere.
I have spent over $10,000 in this store in the past few weeks doing a remodel. Some items purchased by my contractor need to be returned. I don't have the receipt. Home Depot now has a "no returns without receipt" policy. I'm stuck with leftover materials that used to be a normal course of business to return. I'll be shopping elsewhere to complete my project, including counter tops and appliances from a store that treats customers better. I now have a new policy...no shopping at Home Depot.

I being to other home depot and customer service is ok, this place has a good customer service every employee is in a good mood and they willing to help.
