This place is scary! We have been here about 10 times. And out of Those 10 times , 3 of them now we have seen people run out of the store with power tools and get chased by people. This place needs security. We need a police station close to this. I don't let my wife shop here past 5pm alone. There is alway people asking for money and some strange folks walking around. I've been asked for change almost every visit. The sad part is that hard working people out good hard earned money for products. To see people just walk out the door with those same goods for free with no repercussions is absolutely ridiculous. The staff even stated that the same people come in and commit the crimes over and over and over.. and there is basically nothing the staff can do. The staff at this place is amazing every time I visit. I just wish this place made the customers feel safe and secure

Congratulations Home Depot, you just lost me as a customer. I will now shop Lowe's just a couple miles away. Purchased two plants which ended up dying. I called to ask the return policy and was told 1 year and I could bring in the receipt or the container the plant came in and they'd scan the bar code. I did the latter and was told by customer service that scanning the bar code didn't show the date of purchase so she looked it up under the credit cards I would have used to purchase the plants. Couldn't find anything. So Basically, I'm SOL. Bad business practice!

I always have problems finding products in this store. Even when the page says they have. for some reason the items are not there. And when I ask they just say there's problems with that. And send me to other stores.

Went to buy a door and lady there was very rude gave me the wrong size and then tried to say it's my fault because it's because of my energy, she followed that with you get what you give out in this universe like ?!? I don't understand especially when I gave her the exact measurements and she gives me a door with measurements off by a inch on both ends ...... I wil NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS HOME DEPOT !

This place and the employees do not give a s*** about their customers. I have been there at least 5 to 8 times and they never have the handicapped Carts charged. Seriously, what does it take to plug it in the night before? guess I will be shopping at Ace hardware for now on .. don't shop Home Depot

I will not shop at Home Depot as long as they do not require employees to wear face masks. Lowes does require employees to wear masks and that is where I will shop from this point on

I was disappointed in the pickup service today because A) I never got notified when my order was ready and B) since I had already paid via credit card online there was no reason to have to interact with the sales associate to sign with pen and paper and hand back. sort of defeats the no contact situation we are in. Tried to discuss but there is no way to contact anyone at home Depot as this is not a store associate problem. Cooperate Messaging has been disabled.

I went to this Home Depot on Sunday and was appalled. There was nothing to use for cleaning the carts and then when checking out, it is all self checkout and use have to use the hand held scanners. I refused. Since they showed such a total disregard for the health of their customers, I will never shop there again.

This is my local Home Depot store. I ordered a tree bag on line and went to pick it up. A picture ID was required. No problem. My husband has ordered and picked up more expensive items, no picture require at multiple Home Depot locations. He never shows an ID. The difference? He is white and I am black. All customers should be treated with the same service at all locations.

Wow, probably the worst service I have ever gotten at home depot. Trying to find a price on a item that wasent marked.let me say it was on clearance, but no price and couldn't get a price because,I guess I was trying to get something at a discount. No one would help me find the discounted price.

Had issues at checkout and your front line manager Sheila refused to help. She was to busy cutting it up with the other cashier and told me I’d have to wait until the kid on the 4 registers I was on was free. Then she had the audacity to get in my FACE to explain to me that she is a manager! I told her to get out of my face and she went off on a tangent. Sheila has no business working in customer service let alone being a manager. I won’t be back. This isn’t the first time I’ve received crap customer service
