Buyer beware of home delivery. Ordered a $2800 refrigerator which was delivered 7-3.5 hours outside of the delivery window, 2130 at night. Refrigerator was damaged, which was documented by the delivery company who wrote that they would be replacing damaged part. Now delivery company doesn't want to talk and neither does Home Depot the seller and organizer of the delivery company. Home Depot is suggesting we claim through warranty with manufacturer as the delivery company will not speak to Home Depot either.

We looked through the whole store looking for a specific item for my home that all Home Depot's should carry. We looked online and it said they had 41 in stock. After searching for 40 minutes without being asked once for help, we finally had to ask someone and they couldn't even find it and told us that they must be out of stock.

Rented a trailer from Home Depot..... got to my job and filled the trailer with about 1000 lbs (750 under the rated amount) was driving and very very nervous about the tires, felt very deflated... went to discount tire and the tires were rated for 65 PSI, went to discount tire and the tires were at A.23 and B. 29 psi, the gentleman from discount tire told me this was VERY dangerous to drive on backroads let alone free way. As a paying customer I called back and was told they need paperwork from discount, I had already left and told the manager that and he said I would be taken care of, came back to store and had to argue for half off of my rental... after renting faulty equipment and then taking my time to fill it up and make it okay for the next person to rent.... unreal I guess they are paying me half to be the maintenance man for them!! I had to load then unload my items go get air in the tires then come back and load my load and the manager Tyler said he'd waive my "late fee" then his employee informed him I was in before 4 hours.... unreal..... will be contacting corporate and feel like yelp is just the start. I don't think I should have to pay for piece of equipment that has endangered me and my workers lives! I spend over $1000.00 a month as a small business a week at Home Depot... hope I get contact from corporate before I contact them next week... tyler is 0 out of 5 as a manager for an establishment if any social media reviewer wants to call and make it right my phone number is (623) 313-7148

Very nice and courteous staff here. They all greet and offer help. Probably the most greetings I ever received during any Home Depot store. Pickup was easy and quick. Many store members to assist and remaining just like any other Home Depot. Recommended for any home related shopping. Sometimes prices are higher compared to Lowes ,so always check there as well and go for the best price.

Do NOT ever use Home Depot to install carpet. We ordered 5 months ago and still do not have carpet installed. Twice they have showed up with defective carpet that could not be installed. And no one ever followed up to reschedule a new installation. We always had to call multiple times after waiting for days to get new carpet. We sent pictures of the defects to Sarah Sanchez who is supposed to be coordinating the carpet orders but we haven't heard from her after 3 weeks. I finally went in and ordered a different carpet, but honestly I have no faith that this will get done well or quickly. Their installation process is horrible. There is no customer service. No follow up or follow through. I guess they don't care because they already have our money.

Came today to pick up a few things needed for a project at the office. It's located in a great area and easy access to the freeway. It's usually pretty easy to find what I need at any Home Depot so I don't have much to say anything about employee service. I didn't have anyone ask me for help either. Easy in and out in under 10 minutes.

Picked up an online order here today. Candy at the customer service desk was EXTREMELY helpful. She checked out my order in the online system, and had Randall help us to get the heavy boxes loaded onto carts. Charles then took all of my stuff down to the Pro Desk area. Luis took over from there and helped me load the very heavy boxes into my pick up. Awesome customer service experience here. Even though they were all busy each associate here took the time to help get me on my way. Very happy with how all the associates worked together to help get my order processed and loaded. Thank you Candy, Randall, Charles and Luis!!! I will be back.

Suzanne in Customer Service should not be near customers! This has me upset for 2 weeks now and I'm finally calling the Store Manager in Cave Creek! I paid for and ordered a dumpster months ago! It took 2-3 months for it finally to get there as I kept calling, then I got a text saying basically I had a week to pick it up! Not the first time for an online order as it took 4 months for $800 worth of shelves! Anyway I called, fist time they couldn't find it, next time she found it, after being snippy with me, I said I'm a care giver for my husband and can't get away til after the 22nd of August, a week at least, after all it took months to get the prepaid item in. The man that first took my call said they have items there over a year! Suzanne PROMISED ME it was no big deal and she'd put AFTER THE 22nd on the computer and item for pickup, remember this was a week about before that. I went in and even called first to make sure it was there ON August 22nd! First girl at counter was clueless so I was told to shop til she found it, she left the counter quickly after that, now I know why! When I waited over 3/4 hour, I went back to the counter where Suzanne was "ready" for me. She told me she sent the dumpster back and refunded my money THE DAY I CALLED! She got very nasty and snotty with me, treated me like she was better than I was! The other girl working at the counter close to the door put her head down, obviously embarrassed. I said to SUZANNE I called before I left my home in New River, she contradicted what the truth was and walked away. I said thanks a lot for this, she laughed and said you're welcome ! Another customer came up to me and said she will never deal with her because she's a b***** I was shocked! This is your BOSS (she said she was) of CUSTOMER SERVICE ?! I had a large purchase to make last week, I preferred Home Depot but drove down to Lowe's! How dare she speak to me the way she did, I reminded her I have a hard time leaving my husband alone, she cut me off said she remember me saying that but I was MY problem! To Mike the Store Manager, extension 100 I was told by a male worker who said it was time she was reported for her attitude , Fire her or you will lose more customers as my many friends know exactly how she treated me FOR NO REASON! One of my friends was with me and told all her friends. Customer Service means just that. I was a business owner, 4th generation now retired, I'd never speak to any customer the way she spoke to me, I was shaking and I'm still upset how I was treated. I spent ALOT of money at your store, I will not deal with that verbal abuse again!

Store at 85086 Tramonto Store Phoenix, AZ I ordered a door from these guys. First of all, I paid for door measurements, but they are not mine and they will not let me have them. If they were free, I'd say that was fair, but I paid for them and it was not cheap. They called to say my door was in and make an appointment to install the door. I cancelled my plans to be home for the install, because my back door is unsecured until it is installed! On the day of the install appointment (today) they called me to tell me the custom sized door is the wrong size. THIS APPOINTMENT WAS MADE TEN DAYS AGO, after the door was in. It should have been double checked for correct measurements when the product was ordered, for one thing, and then, more importantly, at the time it arrived, so that it could have been returned if necessary. I get that mistakes happen with measurements, but checking it when it arrives for the right measurements could have saved the day and not compounded the mistake. Anytime you order anything that needs to be installed, you should check and double check the measurements on any order. This is especially true on arrival of a custom sized product that could need reordered. Moreover, It especially should have been measured before they even made the appointment for the install, the one I cancelled my plans for! Then she says we'll call to see if it can be expedited. Yea, if that was an option I would have paid extra for that the first time around, but then I wouldn't have gotten it in any sooner because of the mistake, would it? Come on guys, aside from your customers being ticked off, you wasted a bunch of your own time and who is eating the cost of that wrong sized door? Probably Home Depot or the the door manufacturer. Change your policy. Just get one of those kids walking around who don't look too busy, to double check all the numbers against the invoices, orders and measurement documents ahead of time and you have now saved a lot of time and money and customer satisfaction at very little cost or effort. I'm in a completely different field of work, but if I don't double check my work, people literally die!! I hate to post this bad review, because I just ordered a new washer and had a good experience and haven't even got to put the good review up yet, but this really ticked me off because of the time it wasted for no good reason. :(

We love the kids projects. Lowe's used to do them too, but they stopped so it's all Home Depot for us now. Good selection.

Watch out, they are running a scam in the tool rental department. They add a damage protection warranty to all rentals without asking if you want the warranty. This scam adds about 10% to the advertised price. It reminds me of the Wells Fargo scam. I went to get my money back and the manager refused to issue a refund. He said that once I sign the rental agreement that I have agreed to the warranty. The rental agreement is on the credit card swipe screen so you can only see about 3 lines at a time. While I was waiting for the manager the sales associate told me that he was instructed that it was store policy to always add the warranty and to not ask the customer.

This Home Depot is a hot mess. In fact, I'm closing my Home Depot Card and I'll make the drive to Lowes to avoid this place. This isn't due to one trip, this is numerous experiences over the time I've lived in the area. I once stood in the Millwork department for 37 minutes waiting for someone to get a door down. I literally asked 4 people for assistance, and each said they would find someone. 37 minutes to buy a door. On another door purchase, the girl stated that they didn't have a product in stock, even though the website stated they had 2. I asked if we could look anyway, and she said "Fine, but I know it's not back here..." SURPRISE! They had 2 in stock. She just didn't seem to keen on working that day... Today, I go in to return something I bought yesterday. I just wanted to swap it with a similar product, similar in price. I had a $100 gift card, the total of the return was $107 and change (I had paid $100 on the GC, $7 on my debit). I was told that they couldn't return the $100, but they could give me instore credit for the amount. The product I was looking for wasn't in stock, so I asked, VERY CLEARLY... "Can I use the instore credit to order the product from you guys?" I was told that I could. We started that process, and When we got to payment, I handed over the gift card. I was then told that I could not pay with a Home Depot Giftcard, at Home Depot, to order something that Home Depot carried. The "wish he was the manager but he isn't because he only fills in on days when the manager is off and he feels ripped off because he gets paid significantly less" guy, Skyler (who names their kid Skyler?), tried to explain that ordering from Home Depot isn't really ordering from Home Depot, because the 2 versions of the Home Depot are "separate entities"... So, for clarification, I asked a few simple questions.... 1. Can I order from HomeDepot.com and have it shipped to the store? "Yes" - Skyler 2. If I order something on homedepot.com, can I return it at the store? "Yes" - Skyer 3. Is homedepot.com and the Home Depot the same company? "Yes" - Skyler Just avoid this place. You'll have to deal with morons. And I don't wish that on anyone. They're bad. Seriously. Take the time, drive to Lowes. Or hit up the local Ace Hardware. Don't give these turds your money...
