The hotel is conveniently located in a good area of town. We stayed is a suite and loved it. The kids had a room with double queens for themselves, and we had a separate room with a king. Nice common area between with a sofa sleeper, chairs, and full kitchen.Breakfast buffet had eggs, smoked sausage, oatmeal with toppings, cereal, yogurt with toppings, waffles with chocolate chips and syrup and whipped cream, hash browns, hot chocolate, pastries, muffins, bagels juice, water, hot chocolate.

Ome of favs for staying in Tempe/South PHX area. Walking distance to the work area. Food nearby. Even have self laundry machine on second floor. Decent size room and they kept it clean / fresh throughout the stay.

It's a little pricey but worth it if you want to feel like you're a VIP [on a budget]. The best thing about this location is the shops and stores literally surrounding walking distance.

Wonderful place to stay. Was clean, tidy beautiful environment well equipped rooms ever ready to make your visit memorable. I hosted an event there. I dealt with Mr. Joseph he was very kind and polite, very dilgent willing to attend any request he was so helpful. The staff were so friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. An efficient staff that excels at personal attention is a must have for all hotels. They exceed at all! Thank you all for your welcome and smiles!

Great stay on my trip everything was so convenient at the hotel.the shuttle from the airport and the breakfast was awesome. The front desk was great too.Also the Manager was very helpful with suggestions. THANKS AGAIN.

I stay over 125 nights a year in hotels, and this hotel was some of the best hospitality we have experienced. I can't recommend this location enough. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating for us during our 2 week stay.

This place is a gem! My husband and I stayed during his baseball tournament and we couldn't have been more pleased with the facility and staff. Everything was top notch, we'll be staying there again next year.Rooms: Our room was super clean and super comfortable

Breakfast is hot & very good & coffee is great. The menu changed daily.The area is very clean and quiet. Our Suite was spacious for us (my wife & dog). This hotel is very dog friendly.We will stay there again.

Clean and spacious king suite! Bed is comfortable and enjoyed the small kitchen and living room area. Staff were friendly and professional. Location was perfect for conference center down the street and a few restaurants outside the parking area to walk for dinner.Rooms: Clean and spacious. Shuttle to conference center - could walk but Phoenix sun is hot!

Location and room were great! The front desk staff? Not so much. I travel weekly for my job and my employer typically books me in Hilton properties. This stay I arrived rather late, around 8pm. The Guest Service Manager Shannon proceeded to tell me that I could not check into my room because they did not have a credit card authorization form from my employer. They book rooms for a variety of people on a daily basis so they already know this procedure so I assured her that it was sent to them but she still wouldn't let me check in unless I got someone to resend again OR if I just charged the total stay on my credit card! She could see with my Hilton Honors how often I've stayed at other properties and how the rooms were purchased. Luckily I was able to get ahold of my office contact after an hour which was 9pm for me and 11pm for him. Her confirmed that it was emailed and what the email address was. The problem was that the front desk rep that he had spoke to gave him THEIR personal email address to send the form to and not a email address that could be accessed by any of the front desk staff working! So, this location needs to do a better job training their staff on correct procedure so it doesn't inconvenience their customers. So he resent it again and then I was able to finally check in. She was just very unprofessional and inconsiderate and not apologetic at all. In the mornings I had 2 interactions with the morning front desk manager Patrick. The first time I just asked him for printer paper for the business center and he acted like I was a inconvenience. The 2nd time checking out he said not 1 word to me. Just handed me my receipt. Typically when checking out they ask how the stay was. Maybe he already knew how bad it was and didn't want to ask? Like I said. Great property, great location but they definitely need to work on Guest service.

Rooms were clean and quiet! Great staff, nice happy hour and breakfast! Plaza next to Hotel was great and safe to walk!Rooms: Suite was large with kitchen and full size refrigerator. Large mirrors in big bathroom also light up makeup mirror separate room for bathtub and toilet.Nearby activities: Several restaurants shops and drive thru next door. Safe for walking from hotel!

We had a 7 night stay in Arizona and stayed at this Hotel twice. The first 3 nights was great, the room was clean and the bedding was very clean. The pool was great for night swim and the water was warm. The last 2 nights (different room) was not so great. The bedding was clean, but the bathrooms had stains on the doors, mold around the shower and the second shower was clogged. The dishwasher wasn't emptied. The breakfast was always good. I guess it depends which room you get.

Great little hotel close to the airport. It’s clean. Staff are friendly. The price is very good for what you get. The suites are large. I’ll be using this place again no doubt.
