employees need to go back to preschool before joining the workforce, they are pretty trash at doing their jobs. negligent in communication, exaggerative, power-hungry and filled with tyranny. hotel is in pretty bad quality. the pool was ice cold with no certainty of getting a heater for it, the elevators are scary as hell. the door on the elevator wouldn't open, causing me to get stuck in there for a sec. the carpets everywhere are gross. drunk zombies would be in the lobby at all hours of the night. it's stinky everywhere, dated, unhumane and I'm glad we're not staying there anymore. it's pretty much motel quality.stay here at your own risk..

This hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The hallway carpets are worn out, the bathtubs have rust stains; cabinet doors need fixing, etc. Cannot walk to food.

The room service is bad and the housekeeping staff are very rude. Specially a lady who says herself she is leader of housekeepers, she acts like guests are living in her house. They never change bedsheets and resets with the old bedsheets. If you stay just one night you won’t know how service is bad. Not only look at my reviews and reviews on other people experiences.

The bathroom is very ugly and in poor condition. The door is broken. The hallways have a very bad smell. There is a lack of cleaning.

Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Building is dated but clean and cared for. Only docked a star because free breakfast was inedible. But there are other breakfast options nearby within a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk.

I got a one bedroom apartment. Very clean and it habe what you need for your stay. You'll have a small stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, plates, etc., but not a regular oven in case you plan to cook something. You also have breakfast at the lobby every day.

Disgusting. Smelly. Outdated. Not hygienic. Inhumane. There was human urine all over various parts of the rooms. We walked into our first room that was originally provided and I couldn’t even breathe because the smell was so strong. I was moved to another room that smelled equally as bad. Breakfast was horrible. The only thing worth trying is the coffee. I will never stay here ever again & I advise everyone to do the same. It was horrific! A terrible representation of the Hilton brand.Rooms: Disgusting. Smelly. Outdated. Not hygienic. Inhumane. There was human urine all over various parts of the rooms. We walked into our first room that was originally provided and I couldn’t even breathe because the smell was so strong. I was moved to another room that smelled equally as bad.Nearby activities: Everything was at least a 25 min drive for what we wanted to do. The good food is also headed that way.

Pros:- Convenient Location- HDMI Access on TV to hook up Roku/Fire stick- Free Breakfast & ParkingCons:- Not a good location for families, a lot of homeless people around.- Not a good room for small children, we were able to open the windows from the bottom up and there is no security to stop children from falling through screen.- Room wasn’t the cleanest, sticky food on handle for microwave and for fridge.- Breakfast is served 6am-9am. We arrived at 7:45 and food seemed old and stale.- Close to freeway, a lot of traffic noise.- No ice machines available, no ice in freezer in room.- Inadequate amount of utensils, no dish soap

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY... I NEVER LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT THIS TIME I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO... CHECK IN WAS WONDERFUL, THE ATTENDANT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND I THANK HIM FOR THAT... HOWEVER, THE REST OF THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL... THE FRONT ROOM SMELLED LIKE SPOILED FOOD SO WE ASSUMED ONE OF THE NEIGHBORS WAS COOKING SOMETHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY SO WE DIDNT IMMEDIATELY FIND IT AS A PROBLEM (TRYING TO BE UNDERSTANDING)... THE BEDROOM SMELLED LIKE URINE, THE ROOM WAS VERY OUTDATED... WE ATTEMPTED TO SLEEP IN THE BED BUT COULD NOT BEAR THE SMELL SO WE SLEPT IN THE FRONT ROOM WITH OUR HEADS ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER... FIRST THING THE NEXT MORNING, I ADVISED THE MANAGER I WOULD BE CHECKING OUT EARLY AND GAVE MY REASON FOR CHECKING OUT AND THE MANAGER ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE TIME BOOKED AS A 24 HOUR NOTICE WAS NOT GIVEN... I EVEN AGREED TO PAY FOR THE ONE DAY THAT WE DID ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE, THAT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE MANAGER AND I WAS STILL CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT... SAVE YOURSELF THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! TAKE IT FROM ME!Rooms: OUTDATED & VERY BAD ODOR!!!

The staff from Front desk, housekeeping & Breakfast attendant lady were all very nice & helpful when needed.Breakfast was served daily & was good.Kinda disappointed that the hotel still lists daily (weekday) social hour but only has it on Wednesdays which is the day we were leaving. All outside doors were locked & needed a key to enter. Which is good because no doors were broken and there were surveillance cameras. The rooms are clean & roomy as we had a suite, beds were comfortable.Ours did have a very bad odor which we thought would air out but it never did. Maybe running a fume or odor extractor might work. We just ran the heat & left the windows open. & bought air freshener. It is near the expressway & many restaurants/ stores. Arizona Mills Shopping Center not too far.Thanks, to our evening Desk Attendant DARRIEN who took some nice photos of my mom & I on our last evening there. We will definitely return.Rooms: The rooms are clean & roomy as we had a suite, beds were comfortable.Ours did have a very bad odor which we thought would air out but it never did. The check in process was absolutely ridiculous. The staff was dismissive. My friend tried checking in 3 different times, and because the front desk guy couldn’t seem to do his job, he kept letting other people cut in front of my friend and wouldn’t help him. I eventually went up to the desk and my friend was finally helped. The staff here seem so incompetent. Only go here if it’s a last resort.

Was afraid of staying here due to negative reviews. My stay turned out to be great. As far as I can tell, it seems the hotel has been working on the problems noted by previous guests, so I have to give them credit. Staff were friendly. No problems with safety, transients, or cleanliness.

Was in town for a conference, and needed two rooms. The front desk staff was very helpful in booking the rooms.At check-in all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.Rooms were clean and well kept. (Having a living room and kitchen was nice)Our stay was very pleasant and I will stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

The staff at the hotel are great. From the front desk (Dorian & Thomas), housekeeping (Yolanda & Cecilia), maintenance and food area (daily breakfast (Edith is amazing)and Wednesday evening social). Lots of employees whose names I didn’t know. All kind and friendly.The daily breakfast is helpful and saves families money for sure.The pool area is nice and comfortable. Plenty of sitting and pool towels provided. 2 gas bbq grills available.Security guard on premises from 10pm-6am.Our bed was comfortable for a hotel bed (surprised but grateful).Our AC worked great, a necessity in Phoenix.Wednesday social evening, is helpful and convenient.Location is good to a lot of eating options and freeway right there for easy access.Business center has 2 computers and a printer for guests (helpful).I’m glad to see that these google reviews are being read and replied to by management/owner. It’s important to improve and customer feedback is valuable.The following are suggestions:At checkin there is a sign on the counter (photo attached) stating hotel is a non smoking property. Unfortunately there was smoking all over by guests and employees outside front entrance. If you have a rule, please enforce it. The smoke for guests who are allergic or just feel it’s foul smelling, is so unpleasant. The smokers by pool, that smoke goes into the AC units nearby. Smokers can go off property if needed.The hotel website states evening social Monday-Thursday but only occurs Wednesday evening. The details on the website are there to help possible guests determine if the location is a good match for their needs. When guests book and then at checkin find out differently, that is not good customer service.BBQ- it would be helpful to have tools for cooking for guests.Breakfast area- the waffle area is extremely busy in the mornings, adding 1-2 additional waffle makers to the 1 current would be helpful. The manager should watch breakfast & social time and observe how it can become more efficient.Safety-Hilton should install a fence around the property. Should repaint parking lines in parking lot. Should have working exterior security cameras all around property.Rooms-deep cleaning needed. Drapes, lampshades, upholstery, carpets. Light bulbs that aren’t working should be replaced.Housekeeping-tend to be loud while in hallways and sometimes playing music. They are all good at their work and friendly, it would kind to guests to be quieter.Updating out dated carpets would help modernize.Add trash can to each entrance/exit (there isn’t one at entrance by fitness center so people leave trash outside door).All employees should wear a name badge while working.Hopefully these upgrades will help ratings. The staff is so good, these other things being addressed would elevate the property.
