Im sorry this is a horrible experience. Dont provide a service if you cant do it in a timely fashion. They set me up a job drug test and i was informed that i would have to wait with all the other patients in urgent care and id be over an hour. Just complete nonsense. I came in 3xpecting it to be quick and then the front receptionist was just frustrated with me. Eyes rolling and all that. Im trying to get clarification on what the process is because i wasnt expecting to spend tgis much time here. There is also a deadline so if i would have came in any later i probably would not have made it. Ill infor the employer so they can use the proper place for these tests.

Booked 6 months out, only to have the practice cancel 2 months to appointment with no reschedules for 10 months. Really poor experience.

Horrible practice, we’ve been dealing with them for two years and it’s been a constant limbo with medication. Support staff is as bad as the doctors.

Dr. Bigler is one of THE best physicians! He's patient, listens, throughout, & has provides comprehensive care! He's a Godsend as my Primary Care physician! He's always patient w/ me & truly cares! Finally, a clinic that gives 1st rate attention to a senior citizen! I had complained about hip pain at 3 different clinics, all of them dismissed my complaints until DR. Heintz, she requested an X-ray and found that I had a bone on bone hip problem. I was immediately referred to a surgeon and had surgery the end of January. I’m like new now. Thank you Jessica Heintz!!

They're really doing a good job helping with my health care needs & our streamlining it so it's easier to schedule appointments & to get results of lab work & tests right away. And everyone that works there is very nice.

Dr Cibulka is the most amazing doctor you could have as your primary care. My husband and I have been going to him for decades and his knowledge of medicine and his kind and attentive way is what sets him apart from so many other physicians. We love Dr Cibulka and couldn’t think of having any other doctor.

The minute I walked in, it's obvious that the staff was caring and followed any medical protocols so that other patients wouldn't be affected. Dr. Gustin was very patient and took time to listen to my issues. She diagnosed my situation and asked for a follow up. I felt relieved with the medical attention she provided. I have been a patient of Dr Gustin for over 5 years, and would love to continue having her as my doctor. Kudos Honor Health!!

What a wonderful practice . From checking in all the way to then end . The physician I saw was very through I felt comfortable telling her my medical history and Dr . Silva was very kind , humble and I felt like she really cared. Definitely absolutely will refer . The entire staff was very friendly and felt like they answered all my questions .

I've been seeing Dr Cibulka for twenty years. He knows what he is talking about - one of the smartest guys I know. Most importantly he cares. He takes the necessary time I need. In his eyes his patients aren't "numbers," or "quotas" but rather we are human beings who need someone like a Dr Cibulka. He has been by my side and helped through some of my darkest times. He recognizes that physical and mental wellness are one of the same - not like others - Dr. Cibulka gets it! Dr Cibulka is part of my circle of angels.

Response time to questions on the website from my doctor was great! Got the information needed and scheduled my follow-up. Office visit was minimal waiting and to the point. Wouldn't change a thing. All with great customer service and respect.
