Friendly staff! First visit with Dr. Cindy Nguyen and what a fantastic physician she is. Very personable and spent time listening to my health concerns and proactive in her approach for treatment. Great experience!!

My office experience at this location was poor. The front office and back office staff were rude and unprofessional over the phone. To top things off, Dr. Larson denied prescribing me albuterol treatments one day before Xmas eve and Xmas, when I went in for trouble breathing in the first place! Thank goodness I found a more friendly place down the street that gave me what I needed right before the holidays. Never again will I visit this miserable office.

Came here to be seen for a routine checkup. MA was nice, Dr Youssef was ok but didn’t communicate well, phlebotomist was rude and unempathetic. Office requires masks but I was told over the phone I didn’t have to wear one unless I had symptoms of being sick, which I didn’t. I have never been treated so poorly at a doctor’s office.

Dr. Yehuda is fantastic. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. The front desk staff and the MAs are wonderful. They make you feel welcomed and heard.

Everyone's experience is different, but this is mine:Left a long time ago. You pay for pretty smiles and someone else's dinner. You won't get someone who actually listens. Just smiles, does what they're legally responsible for (whether they help you or not), charge your insurance and send you on your merry way. Legit found out county has better medical services. All the Honor Health facilities I've been to is the same thing. I'll stick to Valleywise and Banner.

My mother was seen by Dr. Ali. Dr. Ali was thorough in her evaluation of my mother who has had a stroke and a serious fall. Her interaction with my mother was respectful and personal.

My previous HonorHealth doctor at another location was leaving her practice, I wanted to come to this location for convenience, and was assigned to Dr Youssef. I had my first meeting with her today, and was very impressed. She was very proactive, asked a lot of questions, provided information and gave guidance. I will definitely continue to use her as my new doctor.

My husband and I have been with HonorHealth Medical Group for over 17 yrs and will continue...the Doctors the staff they not only take care of our medical needs but more important they care about us and our daily personal lives..I am 80 and my husband 88 and he has Parkinson's and I cannot thank them enough for their medical..personal caring help they give us...Dr. Hagler we thank you for the care you give us.

I always feel welcome when I walked in at Honorhealth Medical Group. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. My provider's PA was very nice. And last but not least, my provider Dr. Tereza Molfino is very much like she has known me for years. I hope I'll be under her care for a long time.

I had been looking for a new PCP. Dr. Nancy Youssef was highly recommended to me. From the girls in the front office to Dr Youssef my visit did not disappoint! Everyone was kind and professional. Dr Youssef was thorough, caring and nice. Very glad to have my health in her hands!

We like Dr Hagler as our PCP. He's knowledgeable, takes time to listen and personable. Staff at the clinic are also patient, friendly and helpful.

don't expect 5 star service every visit, they do their best to provide it to you. don't storm in there angry about your bill, it disturbs the peace for the patients waiting to be seen. thank you.

Both my wife and I have used this office for years and our past doctor retired and still here and love Dr Luong now
