I have been to this hospital on several occasions from things to internal issues to broken bones and have had lovely experiences here, however following this visit I don’t know if I will ever return, because of witnessing this disgusting display of indecency. IN SHORT DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The staff all besides three members were down right horrific, they flipped their badges so I couldn’t see names and even went as far as scolding me when I asked what their names were so we could file a complaint more on this down bellow. On the date of the visit we were put in the hall way for three hours with no one checking on us until a nurse came never introducing herself and roughly grabbed the afflicted area then left saying she’d put in for X-rays. They left us sit there with no meds no ice nothing, until my sister (the patient) was crying from pain and -admittedly- using foul language when a nurse (not her own) came out and yelled at her and told her that she didn’t have to be cared for at this facility. We asked to speak to a patient advocate, and were denied then asked for the charge nurse who came back 40 minutes later. She was kind and did her best to comfort my sister and talked her into staying. They came and did the X-rays and we never saw the charge nurse again instead the nurse who yelled came back and basically through the paper work at my sister telling her to sign. While she signed I began to look through the paperwork and asked where we could find her name she scoffed and said I’m not your nurse. I said I know but we were not happy with the quality of care provided today and you were one of the people we found the most harmful to the experience she wrote down her first name while complaining “all because I asked her to be quiet” I said no, and I understand your just an RN and this isn’t really your problem (taking about the full quality of the experience meaning it’s not just her fault but those above her) and she looks at me scoffs and goes “just an RN?” And walks off while I’m asking to speak to the charge nurse again or someone in charge. Upon asking the front desk people they called someone who we waited another fifteen minutes for before they ever showed up and he didn’t listen to us at all just gave us a phone number on a sticky note and told us to call them on Monday and maybe they could do something or would be able to provide insight on what happened. I don’t need insight I know the ER is busy but three hours without meds, or life on a suspected broken limb is insane, then when a patient is obviously worked up yelling at them instead of asking what can be done to calm them is completely inappropriate. If you have to go here I would specifically say not to have RN Jayme K. On your case she is nothing but rude

If you are considering using this medical center please consider the following:Facility Charge: Ultrasound $2096.00 / Carrier Average: $369.00Facility Charge: HC Blood Ct Comp $ 174.00/ Carrier average: $ 42.00Facility Charge: Gonadrotropin $ 514.00 / Carrier average: 92.00Facility Charge: BMP $ 380.00 / Carrier average: $ 96.00Facility Charge: Urinalysis $ 133.00 / Carrier average: $ 44.00This is just a small example of the corrupt money-hungry facility. All of my tests and labs are met with outrageous costs nearly doubling each national average, including a blood test that I NEVER RECEIVED. Because it was stated I was going to receive the blood test, they refused to believe me and my witness that PA, Tracey Seaver never came to do it. After waiting 5 hours in agony because we asked for some Tylenol about 4 times, I was informed “you may or may not be having a miscarriage. We don’t know.” Then dismissed. Tracey Seaver came into my room twice. Once when I was being admitted, and once to tell me to leave.I’ve been working with an advocate to negotiate this outrageous $3,000 medical bill, and have only been met with cold, unempathetic representatives. We’ve reached out to both Todd LaPorte, CEO, and Rachel Briggs, Director. Rachel could not be bothered to address any of my concerns, and simply responded back with “pay the amount.”I caved and went to pay the amount, and then noticed my bill was adjusted to $0.00. I had to investigate and found out that without proper notification, and while making payments, they sent me to collections.HonorHealth is nothing more than an oxymoron. They care nothing about you as a person, and lack any true honor.

So, was in there around 10 weeks for a very awful hand injury with extremely bad pain consisting of lacerations to the bone and a fracture. Also had multiple lacerations on my right forearm. The nurses there : anne marie, tracey seaver, and dr. hoebee let me bleed all over the place for 30 minutes before even beginning to wrap me up. They also gave me ZERO pain medication while in the er room, OR after checking me out, prescribing ZERO pain medication at all. This was without a doubt a complete nightmare experience, and their complete lack of any sympathy or humanity is COMPLETELY unacceptable and astonishing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS " ER ".

I’m always baffled by hospitals. When someone visits the ER they are most likely scared and in pain. Yet the staff doesn’t show any compassion. I was waiting for what I thought was a long time and when I went to ask how much longer they were so rude. This is their profession. They chose this job. Trust me if I could be anywhere else I would be. No one wants to spend hours in the waiting room of an ER and get attitude from the staff. I’m so disappointed.Update: my mom lost feeling in the left side of her body. We took her to the ER. Mind you this is the closet one to her house. She walks in and tells the woman sitting at the desk, “I might be having a stroke”, the woman rudely responds… “but you just walked in here”, are you kidding me. For someone that’s never had a stroke, they clearly wouldn’t know the exact feelings of having a stroke. But is it necessary to be so rude. I tell you, it’s sad to say this but unless I’m dying I will not be going to this hospital and my family feels the same way.

I went to this emergency room because I'm having an adverse reaction to the covid 19 jab I got 2 years ago. Symptoms have been progressing and are now life-threatening. I explained everything to the doctors and nurses. Chest pains, shortness of breath, fatigue, nausea, upper abdomen pain and around the kidneys, frequent urination and unhealthy BM. My entire body is under attack by the mRNA spike protein from the covid jab bioweapon. These symptoms get worse around a 5G cellular network. The latest development is bradycardia during the day, and while im sleeping, I get a tachycardia arrhythmia, which is basically a cardiac arrest and can lead to sudden death. I was told that I'm wrong and that adverse reactions do not exist. Even though the CDC website admits it!The doctor said it must be anxiety! After just over an hour of being admitted, this was 12:30 am. Middle of the night with empty parking lot. I told them,I just need to be on the heart monitor. They laughed at me and kicked me out with threats of calling the police! 3 security guards escorted me out!I explained that this was the 4th ER I've been to for this condition. None of them were able to help me. This one, in particular, was the worst of the 4 I've been to. Dr. Derksen- more like Dr. Jerksen! And Tony, the nurse, literally was laughing at me while I got kicked out. He said, " This is MY hospital, not yours!" LOL!Profits over people. Lies are truth, war is peace, ignorance is strength. Is how this place and many others operate. The entire medical industry is truly a scam! 2 years ago, I was a healthy, muscular and athletic young man. Now, almost everyone I know who took the jab is in decline... or dead. Please don't take the covid jab bioweapon, or you will end up like me. Big pharmageddon is here. Don't trust the "official" sources of info. I'm telling you from first-hand experience that the covid jab is a slow-kill kool-aid. It does exactly what it is meant to do - Depopulation of planet Earth - has begun.

Very friendly and attentive staff. From the food workers to the technicians to the nurses and doctors, they are polite and treat you with dignity. I would recommend this location.

I pass 3-4 hospitals on my way to this one but I will always go out of my way to come here . I’ve taken my infant here a few times now . I NEVER wait. I always have the sweetest nurses and doctors . They always make sure we are comfy and we are always in and out. I appreciate absolutely everyone at this hospital and I thank you all for making taking babies to the ER a little less scary. This hospital is what making a mom a littler easier , we all know how scary it is to have a baby sick enough to take to the ER. Thank you guys. God bless you all.

Let me just say that 30 minutes prior to walking through the front door of the emergency room - I had had the worst and most horrible (and first ever) experience going to the hospital for an emergency at the 55th Thunderbird hospital at 2 am. They literally had me rolling on the hospital floor in pain refusing to see me for two hours- so you can imagine my thankfulness when I walked into HonorHealth Sonoran Crossing and it was night and day how I was treated. They quickly put me in a wheelchair and wheeled me into emergency. They took my vitals and scheduled an ultrasound, they gave me pain medication, and had me prep for surgery the very next morning. Their facility was very nice and clean and calming. And everybody that I worked with from top to bottom, from the very nice ladies at the receptionist desk, to the very nice man who wheeled me to emergency, and every single nurse and doctor and surgeon that I talked to all the way through until i was discharged - every single person was a class act! CLASS ACT! They were good people and I really felt like they cared about me and my well-being - and my comfort! I literally cannot say enough good things about this hospital and my experience there. And it was such a stark contrast to the hospital that I had been to just 30 minutes prior. This was not my first hospital going experience (though i wish it was!)- but thank God it was my second and and thank God they were there for me to help me with my infected gallbladder and galstones. To anybody reading this who works there - just know that you are appreciated and to those of us who look to you for care we really are thankful for everything that you do and the soul and heart that you pour into helping people like me. I don’t think I could continue on mentally if I had to go home that night after not being helped at the previous hospital on 55th and thunderbird. But it is because of you and the good people that work there that I am now home and safe and recovering from surgery - and sending out all my love and good vibes to you all! You have literally saved my life and have showed me that there is still hope even when things look their darkest. God bless you all - never forget that what you do and how you treat people matters deeply and i will make sure that everyone i tell this story to knows that you were the best! THE BEST! You saved me :)

I had two bad encounters with Sonoran Crossing, both having to do with pain. If you are coming to the hospital with pain, go somewhere else. The first time was two years ago when I had a reaction to my iron infusion. I had been in increasing pain for a week and now was unable to drink or eat. I was told to go the nearest ER. In the room the doctor came in, cut me off as I was telling him why I was there, and point blank asked if I was an "IV drug user". He then kicked me out. I ended up in another hospital for two days. The second time was a little over a month ago. The pain started at my GI doctors office. I was told to go to the hospital next door, but in my stubborn stupidity thought it would pass if I could just get home. Well I got home, it was getting worse and worse until I was in the worst pain of my life. I had a rising fever as well.My husband rushed me to the closest ER, Sonoran Crossing, as I was screaming in pain. We got there, they did the initial triage and my ECG was reporting possible ischemia OR the leads were reversed. No second ECG was done. The waiting room was filled with people who were doing homework, walking around getting snacks, a kid with a sprained ankle, and then there was me, sweaty, pale, tachycardic (and possibly ischemic), feeling like I was going to faint in the wheelchair, screaming and crying in pain.My wait was almost five hours while everyone else went ahead of me. You know why they finally took me back? I'm not kidding, they came out to take my vitals and I was unconscious. They hadn't even come out to take me back, just to check my vitals. My husband had repeatedly told them I was not okay and please help. Nothing. I ended up with a massive infection in colon and with my neutropenia I could have died. Time was of the essence and I was in the hospital for four days.I know exactly why I was left out there while all the non-emergent cases went before me. It was because, again, I had said I was in pain. Sure enough, in my hospital notes, they triaged me with some narcotic score. I don't take narcotics. If you are in pain, just avoid. Go to any other hospital than this one.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and compassion of the entire Hospital personnel from receptionist to gift shop clerk to coffee barista, to the social workers, technicians, nurses, and doctors. Our mom was brought in for a life-threatening condition. It was touch and go that first night and the ER doctor was both compassionate and gently direct she may not make it. She did! And from that moment through her entire stay, all were incredibly kind and competent. They were sensitive to our mom’s dementia patiently explaining over and over again what they were doing and why. I work as an EMT and pastor and interface with many hospital and medical facilities. This one ranks at the top!

Had a 1:30 appointment today and got there at 1:10 as they want you there 20 minutes before. When I got there I was told I was at the wrong location so I looked at all the messages they sent and it was a phone number I googled for directions. When I was told I was at wrong location I immediately called to notify them I will be a bit late. My navigation said I would be there at 1:40 which the lady on the phone said I will note it and you should be fine. As I’m driving I thought I better call again as my navigation now says 1:42 which they said would not be ok. She then said don’t worry I will note the account. When I got there I checked in and sat down. A few minutes went by and NICOLE said you can’t be seen today. I was shocked and said please look at notes. She smirked and said nope provider (Emily fanning l) is on call and can’t take you. UNREAL!!!! NICOLE AND OTHER GIRL IN FRONT were enjoying this as they were laughing and send messages to each other and others in the office.I said I can see anyone and they enjoyed that as I sat down for 20 minutes as NICOLE said NO ONE CAN SEE YOUDON’T go here. They are so RUDE and Emily fanning horrible what a joke!!!!!!!’n if I can give a 0 I wouldI am in contact with corporate will update

my daughter was brought in by ambulance because she is paralyzed and had a lot of bleeding in her rectum. We waited five hours before we saw. a doctor. The doctor did examine her and requested a scan. It took another two hours, and then another doctor came in to discuss the scan, they did not give her her meds on schedule after nine hours in the ER, They finally decided to admit her. They promised her her pain meds, and again we waited a couple hours to receive those. At 10:45 PM almost 12 hours later she finally got wound care and most of her meds. I know it was busy in the ED, they could’ve admitted her much sooner and gotten her care up on the floor. It was a very frustrating and tiring day for all.

I absolutely love this hospital they took great care of me, and the food is amazing from the cafeteria. Everyone was very nice and attentive to my needs while I was there. The second floor Nurses Amy ,Diana, Judy, Evie, Patricia & megan are my absolute favorite. I didn’t go without anything while I stayed in there and they never made me feel like I was asking for too much. These are amazing nurses and this is an amazing hospital. I recommend this hospital to anyone and I will be delivering my baby here as well.
