This location (desert ridge) is superb to all others. I ordered online for pickup and even with the A/C being out, the experience was top notch. Jenica is amazing, and helped me spend more dollars 😂 great management, staff and merchandise here.

Haven't stepped foot in a Hot Topic in 25 years but my 10 year old daughter dragged me in. Changed a lot since I was a teenager! Lots of stuff appropriate for younger kids. Staff was friendly and my kiddo walked out happy!

I went in to this store looking for band t-shirts my son wanted and Allison helped me find exactly what I needed. If it wasn’t for her caring and friendly attitude I’d would have left with the wrong item or empty handed. I purchased several different shirts some at the shop and another one she ordered and shipped to me free. I showed her the text my son gave me and she talked me through each one.
