It's like that Seinfeld episode with the reservation... You can TAKE the reservation, but can you HOLD the reservation?
My husband made a same day appointment for Tabitha Tackett to do our taxes and we showed up a few minutes early and waited. And waited and so on. No one called Tabitha and Tabitha didn't call the receptionist until she was already 25 minutes late, asking us to stay another ten minutes, and when we did, she still wasn't there.
We were getting in the car to leave and she ran up and attempted to poorly explain that her being inexcusably late somehow wasn't her fault but we just thanked her and left.
Sara's Tax Service on Peoria and 35th was where we should have gone in the first place. Lesson learned. Support small business. Tabitha doesn't have time for you.

Very rude lady...we sit down and she more upset about someone stealing a stamplier then anything. She did nothing but yell at my husband and wount listen to us at all. She was no help and we our now going elsewhere. And the recipient didn't even no how to spell uber...I don't know were you get these people but you need better staff.
